Osteria La S'cianza In Zerba

Fantastic food, friendly staff, and fair prices! Highly recommended!

I was with two friends and we had a tough time. Arriving in Zerba by bike, we found that no restaurant or bar was available for dinner, including La Scianza. Yet the manager, Claudia, whom we stopped by in the afternoon before arriving at our accommodation, opened her door just for us and welcomed us with warmth, friendliness, and familiarity. We ate traditional dishes in a frugal and informal way—no à la carte menu, just "what the chef offers." The dishes are homemade, authentic, and tasty; the house red wine by the glass was good, the dessert excellent; but above all, Claudia's friendliness, her availability, and her passion in sharing Zerba and its history were excellent. Unique! And in the end, we paid absolutely what we deserved. If you happen to pass through Zerba, here are two tips from those who have been there: stay at B&B Il Corniolo (and not Avventura Zerba, which is to be avoided!) and have dinner at La Scianza.

A passage is a must. Always is anyway.

Breve gita in moto con sosta in questa accogliente Osteria, posizione elevata molto suggestiva, locale semplice ma cucina ottima e prezzi veramente accessibili. La signora che ci ha serviti è stata molto gentile, pranzo soddisfacente, torneremo!

posto semplice(trovato per caso) ma delizioso come i gestori. se andate in estate i posti all'aperto hanno una vista strepitosa. cibo ottimo (pisarei spaziali) e prezzo più che onesto.

For all those who are in the area especially in the summer who eat outdoors, it is worth stopping to eat, but also making a reservation for a dinner, a typical village tavern, genuine cuisine and good wine, for us who have a house nearby it is now a habit!
