It's a shame only 5 stars because in my opinion it is a place that deserves 10. Very nice environment. Impeccable service. And as for the food, it's really, really good. I gave the compliments in person and I repeat them here because they were truly deserved. I highly recommend it!

A modern trattoria on the hills near Arquata Scrivia. Bright and well furnished rooms, spaced tables. Attentive, courteous and professional service. Traditional dishes with modernist reinterpretations and influences. Everything was very nice and tasty. Low prices.

I had heard about this restaurant but hadn't had the chance to try it yet. I was satisfied with the proposal, everything was very good. The place is nice, just a little cramped in space. The price in line with similar restaurants

We attended a banquet hosted by a dear relative of ours to celebrate his birthday and we were very impressed by the quality of this place. The cured meats that were offered to us as a starter were decidedly superlative. The excellent ravioli with roast sauce and the irresistible tagliolini with mushrooms. The braised meat proposed as a good dish. The Ovada dessert accompanied us throughout the meal without missing a beat. Precise and professional service. Cozy place with tables set with extreme care. It's not right on the road but it's well signposted.

Everything we ordered was delicious. I also really appreciated the attention to detail and kindness of the owner. I highly recommend it for a quality lunch or dinner. We were traveling to Genoa and we stopped with pleasure, we will return.

06/04/2025: It's a matter of habit, different country, different rules, but I don't like to wait long for ordering and food. Because the bar was full of people, you could hardly move, everything went slowly. I don't particularly like the ambiance, but I found out that in most cases everywhere in Italian restaurants is like that. The food was generally good, but I have to admit I've tried better.
24/03/2025: We came across this pizzeria by chance: we are not from Casale. The service is slow or we were unlucky. Small place but the pizza was the bomb: very good. It's worth going there. We haven't tasted the rest.

16/03/2025: Io e mia moglie abbiamo cenato da Osteria Lolli una di queste sere. Locale caldo e accogliente,Paolo è un ottimo padrone di casa e Ivan un cameriere simpatico e cordiale. Le prime portate sono state: vitello tonnato e tartare di Fassona come antipasto seguite da 2 ottime tagliate di Fassona con contorno di patate al forno . Per finire sublime il tiramisù scomposto. Ottima qualità del cibo e servizio eccellente,carta dei vini molto buona. Ci ritorneremo.
