I love Rome, the people of Rome and its cuisine! I never expected to find such a good Gricia in Tuscany! (Tonarelli egg pasta and Cinta Senese bacon are simply superb!) Small family-run place, with an exquisitely Lazio owner! All the other courses ordered were also really tasty! Nothing to say, my wife and I left full and satisfied!

Good quality village tavern.
The products are local and well prepared in the Roman-Maremma area. The cacio e pepe and gricia are more than valid and served in the tonnarello variant. The classic fettuccine with white wild boar ragout is also worth a try, tasty but not excessive. The braised Cinta Senese pork cheek is very tender, yet firm. The side dishes are good, but a dutiful emphasis goes to the artichoke alla giudia of Roman declination, crunchy and well drained, in short, not to be missed. The desserts are all delicious: zuccotto, tiramisu and three chocolate semifreddo.
If you are in the area, it is a location not to be missed in a village that is extremely nice to see and with a special view of the Grosseto Maremma. Prices are average (€€).

Small but nice! We sat on the terrace with light Italian music in the background.
The service was very nice, the food was great and the dessert was also great.
Overall, simply authentic and definitely worth a visit.

Veniamo periodicamente qui perche' ci piace tanto la cucina di Elena, l'atmosfera, l'accoglienza e la competenza di Emilio. Ci sentiamo come a casa. I nostri piatti preferiti sono le tagliatelle al ragu di chianina e la gricia, e poi la buttera di cinta senese, davvero superba!

Update after repeat visits, the food continues to impress, top quality and freshest ingredients from the kitchen. Most often full, always worth a visit.
Gracious owner whose wife prepares wonderful pasta, local specialities and deserts in the kitchen. Decent wine list and a nice view from the small terrace. Certainly worth a visit if you’re in the area, if only to taste the Truffle Pecorino, Gricia pasta,and chocolate cake…! You will never leave hungry.
