Qualitativamente di prima fattura, il proprietario molto simpatico ed accogliente. Consiglio di provare come antipasto il pecorino con tartufo, piatto che non si trova ovunque. Nota dolente il conto, i prezzi sono un po’ altini.

¿Conoces esos restaurantes a los que harás un desvío especial de tu ruta para llegar una y otra vez? ¡Así que este es exactamente uno de esos! Comimos en el restaurante dos veces en nuestro viaje familiar y de todos los restaurantes que probamos en la Toscana, sin duda este es el ganador! Todos los platos son súper sabrosos, meticulosos, sin errores, todo es preciso! Emilio y su esposa lo superan todo tranquila y humildemente. Probamos casi todos los platos y no había un plato que no era increíble! La ciudad de Caldana es preciosa, así que vale la pena venir aquí en particular. Aunque no suelo escribir recomendaciones, no podía dejar pasar este restaurante!

I love Rome, the people of Rome and its cuisine! I never expected to find such a good Gricia in Tuscany! (Tonarelli egg pasta and Cinta Senese bacon are simply superb!) Small family-run place, with an exquisitely Lazio owner! All the other courses ordered were also really tasty! Nothing to say, my wife and I left full and satisfied!
