Excellent cuisine and a beautiful atmosphere in this place located in the center of Abbadia San Salvatore. I tried the beef stew, very tender and rich in flavour, truly delicious! The environment is welcoming and with attention to detail, ideal for a relaxing evening. The staff were also friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

If you find yourself in Abbadia San Salvatore or the surrounding areas of Amiata, go and eat the suckling pig with chestnuts and mushrooms. And you will remember me. The rest is also excellent. Courtesy and quality

Not planned. Went in and had lunch because of the bad weather eaten. Nice service, great food. They were simple dishes (soups, lasagna). Very good and I think authentic. Decent house wine. Very inexpensive! Absolutely recommended!

We don't understand why some guests gave this restaurant bad reviews. Even though we don't speak Italian, we received excellent service and ate an excellent meal. We also didn't have to wait longer for our food than other guests. All food and drinks were served quickly and our special requests were also fulfilled. We can only recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy local specialties and something special. There are excellent local dishes here that you can't get anywhere else, such as porcini mushroom carpaccio. It's a shame that we only discovered this restaurant on our last day in Abbadia.

Small tavern with some outdoor tables. The meat is excellent, especially the so-called "peposo", which is very tender and tasty. The service, at least when we went, was slowed down by the malfunction of the plates in the kitchen, so not all customers showed patience and understanding. Perhaps it was this that aroused a certain nervousness among the staff who perhaps should learn not to let their private disagreements leak out. Having said that, it is a simple place, with home-style cuisine, worth considering.
