Osteria La Cantina In Angri

We've been coming to this restaurant for years. We celebrated both our children's baptisms here. The restaurant offers a limited selection of first courses, but they're all truly delicious. The pasta and potatoes stand out, loaded with provola cheese and cooked to perfection, as do the cortecce with mushrooms and sausage. The menu has changed over the years: the antipasto has fewer options (parmigiana, meatballs, ricotta and ham crepe, stuffed peppers, zucchini and potato tart), but it's still offered at a truly attractive price. Guests can also add ham and mozzarella to their antipasto. The grilled main courses are truly superb. We usually order the pork and add some skewers. Everything is truly delicious. The service is young and fast (the waiters are always available and very kind). La Cantina also has a children's area, which my little ones have always appreciated over the years because they always find other kids to play and have fun with. The restaurant also has ample parking. We'll definitely be back!

We came just for the desserts, which were okay, but looking at the bill I would have expected better taste.

Excellent place for those looking for a family dinner. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the meat.

The restaurant is located in the Angri countryside. The parking lot is very dusty. There are several large, spacious rooms with air conditioning. Excellent cleanliness and service. Good first and second courses. Prices are reasonable, even considering the remote location. Receipt not received.

Excellent cuisine, large spaces, reasonable prices...

A rustic, farmhouse-style setting. The food is acceptable, the prices are average, and the service is fairly quick because, being a standard menu, some dishes are prepared in bulk. The mozzarella is mediocre, the eggplant parmigiana was cold, and the prosciutto was good. Avoid the fruit; the melon was half rotten, almost sour, and the pineapple portion was minimal, a thin slice cut with a slicer.
