Always enormous satisfaction, complete menu both on site and takeaway. Passion and professionalism in the preparation of the dishes and in the service, impressive freshness of the fish. For any occasion, a guarantee, I have been to this place several times now, it has never disappointed, in fact it has always impressed me in a positive way. YOU MUST TRY IT!!! A guarantee!!

Having dinner at the Cambusa was an experience! Oysters of at least six different types (the maximum that I can eat) for each of them Daniele, the owner, explained to me both the breeding and taste characteristics, the care in preparing the food capable of respecting and enhancing the excellent raw material, a cellar embarrassing for the abundance of the proposal, a service attentive to detail, a synthesis which is not at all obvious and which I greatly appreciate, it deserves it!

Unbeatable value for money, impeccable raw materials cooked by expert hands without ruining their characteristics and flavours, selection of oysters that are difficult to find in Italy, cellars of absolute quality and variety, it definitely deserves 5 stars and don't be impressed by the beautician outside: come in!!

Accoglienza e poi soprattutto qualità della materia prima nonché capacità di cucinarla alla grande sopra ogni aspettativa. Sì il locale dall esterno non è il massimo ma credetemi ne vale la pena no di più! Provare per credere

Great restaurant! The fish is really fresh and the menu very rich, as is the wine list. Impeccable and fast service, even though the room was full the waiting times were correct. The amazing dessert was a worthy conclusion to a fantastic evening in all respects. Prices proportionate to the quality of the product

28/02/2025: Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! From the fried gnocco with the cold cuts platter (try the combination with the cooked shoulder, a typical appetizer of the restaurant), to the exquisite homemade first courses. I took the tortelli with butter and sage and my partner took the parmigiana which was fantastic. The impeccable service, the very kind waiters and the welcoming location. We were just passing through on our way back from Lucca but we will certainly return to Piacenza especially to return to eat at Trattoria La Forchetta... Congratulations indeed. FLAVIUS
27/02/2025: My friends and I, who are passionate about cooking, had a pleasant lunch at this trattoria that we had recently discovered. The quality of the dishes was superb and the prices were fair. I would recommend, however, correcting some grammatical errors in the menu.

Ristorante Pizzeria la Mamma

07/02/2025: When we want to have a fish-based lunch, we come to MAMMA in Rottofreno. Personally I love scialatielli in bread crust, spaghetti with seafood or clams. The fried food was excellent and plentiful. The desserts are also very good. All served very well.
