Excellent location, delicious food, and service that, in my opinion, is extremely courteous and welcoming, but never intrusive or overly formal. The wine list features local wines worth exploring. Let us recommend them. Definitely deserves a 5/5.

The place is very welcoming and homey, with rooms on multiple floors and just a few tables, creating a very intimate and pleasant atmosphere. The pumpkin pie, which we ordered as an appetizer, was phenomenal. We also tried the risotto alla mantovana, which was a delicacy and the portion was very generous (there were three of us, and if we had gone back we would have only ordered two portions of rice). We couldn't try the desserts because we were so full, but they looked really inviting. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of dining in this wonderful place, the food was delicious, especially the exquisite Mantovani pumpkin tortelli, which stayed with me for days... a note of excellence for the service, as when I was grabbing the bottle of oil I hit the bottle of water and it broke, all the glass ended up on the plate and the very kind owner and the waiters cleaned everything up and redid the cut from scratch without applying a surcharge, truly priceless food and service!

A welcoming and elegant restaurant in the heart of Mantua, perfect for savoring authentic traditional Mantuan cuisine in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. We ate bread gnocchi, pappardelle with donkey stew, a platter, and drank a bottle of local Lambrusco, spending a total of €60: a price absolutely in line with the quality and portions. Everything was delicious: well-executed dishes, authentic flavors, and carefully presented; the only small complaint was that the wine would have been even better if served a little cooler. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional dishes, with generous but quality portions. The setting is rustic yet very welcoming, spread across multiple floors, with a convivial and relaxed atmosphere. The staff is a real asset: cheerful, kind, helpful, and friendly, with quick and attentive service. Even though we arrived at closing time, they greeted us with a smile. The location is excellent, right in the city center, easily accessible. In conclusion, a restaurant that combines good food, customer service, and excellent value. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. A place you'll want to return to.

Everything was excellent. The waiter had gotten our order wrong but apologized profusely, and they didn't charge us for the extra dish they had to prepare. We had the pumpkin gnocchi with cinnamon and raisins, which were truly excellent, as were the pumpkin tortelli. Everything was really good, and the service was attentive and friendly.

Delicious! Truly delicious traditional dishes: the radicchio crepes and pork shoulder with Lambrusco sauce were truly excellent! The local wine was very good, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
