A fairytale place on the hills of Carmignano, very well-kept and well-organized. I played there for a wedding and I must say that I found an excellent collaboration, in addition to a high-quality cuisine. Recommended

Beautiful place near Florence, clean rooms and excellent services. Breathtaking view, behind with the swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. We ate very well at the restaurant! A special thank you to Chiara, very kind ❤️ I highly recommend this place.

We were last night 17.01.25 for dinner at la Borriana and we were delighted, we ate a spectacular cut, excellent appetizers of cured meats produced by them and personally finished with a tender hearted dessert which I highly recommend to everyone, the waiter was very kind and friendly. We will be back soon. Thanks again for helping us have a wonderful evening

We went there for dinner with the family for my father's birthday. The restaurant is exquisitely decorated. The most sincere compliments to the chef for the preparation of a splendid dinner: from the cold cuts (of their own production), to the first course, to the wild boar ragù, then moving on to a superb cut and finishing with an enchanting pie. Absolutely worth trying

25_12_24 Christmas beautiful location, lunch with sufficient menu but very negative note, it is the first time in our lives and that of all of us, 24 people who paid before eating as soon as we arrived,😂😔

06/05/2025: Great service and delicious food. We had a pizza, risotto, insalata fresca and an octopus salad. Everything was fresh and well prepared. Prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend trying.
