Welcoming place and beautiful scenery! Delicious food! Ancient and traditional flavors. Worth repeating! The only flaw is that the menu is explained verbally, so without the prices, the appetizers were a bit expensive for the quantity. A small adjustment in this regard and everything would be perfect!

Trovato per caso uscendo dall'autostrada a Borgotaro e cercando su Tripadvisor un locale vicino. Il locale si trova alla fine di una stretta strada di montagna, ha una veranda con vista sulla valle, ma abbiamo dovuto accomodarci all'interno perchè era freddino. Personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente, cucina tipica del luogo. Abbiamo mangiato polenta fritta con lardo e prugnoli, tagliatelle ai prugnoli e torta fritta con salumi veramente ottimi. Prezzo onesto. Se ripassiamo nell'ora di pranzo sicuramente usciremo di nuovo dall'autostrtada.

Mentre tornavo a casa, abbiamo deciso di uscire dall'autostrada per pranzo. Una ricerca di un posto vicino all'uscita abbiamo trovato questa osteria. Un posto in mazzo alla natura, ma soprattutto un pranzo al top. Antipasto di salumi e torta di verdure eccellente, passatelli e tagliatelle ai prugnoli da urlo, rosa di parma e coniglio favolosi. Un buon bicchiere di gotturnio ci stava bene. Bravi bravi bravi. Complimenti.

17/11/2025: The food is very good and the portions are generous. The restaurant is modern and clean, and you can eat outside in the summer. There's parking in the back. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've been back and will be back again.
29/10/2025: I went for dinner; the appetizers were excellent and the dishes were amazing. It was chestnut season, and there was a special menu with dedicated dishes... What can I say? It was all delicious.

02/11/2025: Professionalism and excellent dishes. Well-stocked wine list. Knowledgeable and cheerful staff. Well-maintained location and atmosphere. Enchanting, as is the entire staff.
28/10/2025: A truly superb Restaurant Just on the outskirts of Fidenza near Parma expertly run by Daniela, Simon and their team. Although they do local specialties very well ie using top quality charcuterie locally sourced and the most delicious Torta Fritta I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating, their forte is inventive dishes such as foie gras on brioche with a sweet wine reduction, grilled octopus, superb pasta dishes, gnocchi with seafood and so on all very delicious. Not only do they have plenty of wines from Italy to choose from but they even visit lots of small French vineyards in Burgundy and Champagne region and choose wines for their ever expanding wine list. Service is very professional but they retain a family run atmosphere, Large portions of very good food at the right price, in a very beautifully designed room. A must try if you are in the area, booking a must as they are very busy. Highly recommend!
