Personally, as a lover of Asian cuisine, I found the cuisine very interesting. A truly interesting mix of Asian and Sardinian dishes. Highly recommended!

Today we visited this restaurant, which combines Japanese and Sardinian cuisine, and the experience was excellent: all the dishes were carefully prepared and rich in flavor. We ordered several types of gyoza, distinguished by their thin pastry and flavorful filling, paired perfectly with black cabbage. And what about the horse tataki and pork ribs? A must-try! Welcoming, with authentic and well-prepared dishes: definitely a must-try for anyone who loves Japanese cuisine.

Let's just say we had a good time, but unfortunately it was the end of our vacation, and between the heat and the tiredness, we probably didn't fully enjoy the experience. The owner explained the menu well and was able to accommodate our intolerances. The pork Bao was very good!

We went to this Japanese restaurant today and the experience was truly enjoyable. We ordered pork gyoza, crab bao, and two ramen noodles: all carefully prepared and rich in flavor. The pork gyoza stood out for their thin pastry and flavorful filling, while the crab bao was a surprise: soft and crunchy at the same time, thanks to the battered crab and a filling of delicate yet intense sauces. Finally, the two ramen noodles had a truly flavorful broth that wasn't heavy. The marinated eggs had a truly excellent balance of flavors. The pork was thinly sliced ​​so as to have more pieces and not overpower the flavor of the ramen itself. Finally, the noodles, which tasted like they were handmade. This restaurant is definitely worth a try. A welcoming place with authentic and well-prepared dishes: definitely a must-try for anyone who loves Japanese cuisine.

We tried Osteria Kobuta, discovered thanks to a novel by Piergiorgio Pulixi, and were pleasantly surprised. The Sardinian-Japanese cuisine impressed us with its quality ingredients, original pairings, and dishes that blend tradition and creativity. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service friendly. We'll definitely be back!

04/10/2025: Family dinner. Very nice and welcoming restaurant with an outdoor seating area on the picturesque and famous Piazza Galilei. The owner Franco and his staff were very kind and attentive to our needs, as there were two vegetarians. Excellent seafood dishes, from appetizers to first courses and fried calamari, with a wide selection of wines. As soon as I return to Cagliari, I will definitely return. 24/09/2025: A small but welcoming place, with very friendly staff. The food was good and plentiful. We ordered the parcel, which was tasty, but we expected a little more seafood, which was very sparse. We expect it to improve next time.

26/08/2025: Following all the positive reviews, we came to dine at this restaurant and it was indeed a very nice experience! We ate very well, the dishes are delicious and very generous. We had pizzas, seafood pasta and tiramisus, everything was perfect. The welcome was warm and the service very good. One of the best Sardinian restaurants we have been to! I highly recommend this place!
