A truly pleasant experience at this osteria with an original concept, which combines Sardinian tradition with Asian flavors in a surprising way. The service was impeccable: kindness, attentiveness, and helpfulness from all the staff. Even though the ramen was only available with meat, they prepared a truly delicious vegetarian option for me! I really appreciated this thoughtful touch. I'll definitely be back!

We went to this fantastic Osteria for dinner last night! What wasn't to like? Exactly nothing! Absolutely worth trying! The food and beverage menu was fantastic! We can't wait to try your ramen and fantastic gyoza again! Excellent!

A very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, but never intrusive, and the service was well-managed. The dishes were truly delicious: you could tell they'd carefully considered the vegetarian options, which were truly excellent and never banal. The quality of the gyoza and noodles makes all the difference.

I celebrated my birthday here for lunch and it was an excellent choice. The staff was friendly and very helpful, even with menu changes, and the food was truly delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service attentive: a truly positive experience!

We went for a hen party. We had the tasting menu (about €50 each). We had three appetizers, a first course, a second course, and a dessert. The bao and ravioli were exceptional appetizers, not to mention the tuna with teriyaki sauce and the dessert (a sublime parfait). An explosion of well-balanced, refined, and carefully crafted flavors. The only downside was the fregola pasta. Since one of our eight guests doesn't eat spicy food, we were all forced to choose it without a spicy one, or rather, without an ingredient that in my opinion was essential (ponzu sauce). The reason for this was undoubtedly organizational, but given the importance of the ingredient in that dish, I would have preferred it not to be taken away from everyone. Overall, it was a truly good and refined dinner. I want to go back.

Today we visited this restaurant, which combines Japanese and Sardinian cuisine, and the experience was excellent: all the dishes were carefully prepared and rich in flavor. We ordered several types of gyoza, distinguished by their thin pastry and flavorful filling, paired perfectly with black cabbage. And what about the horse tataki and pork ribs? A must-try! Welcoming, with authentic and well-prepared dishes: definitely a must-try for anyone who loves Japanese cuisine.

Personally, as a lover of Asian cuisine, I found the cuisine very interesting. A truly interesting mix of Asian and Sardinian dishes. Highly recommended!

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, top-quality ingredients combined into delicious dishes. What more could you ask for? This was our first visit, but it won't be our last. Highly recommended.
