The curiosity to try fusion cuisine went beyond expectations. Excellent quality dishes with a super plus to the Gyoza, probably the best in Cagliari. Very attentive and friendly service. Highly recommended

Sunday lunch with friends, we chose the menu proposed by the chef with tasting of 6 different courses: Omakase = I trust you. You don't know what can come to you.
Particular culinary experience that sees a mix between Sardinian and oriental cuisine.
The place is not large, you can find space in the room adjacent to the kitchen, in the basement, or if the weather is good in the outdoor area.
Friendly staff and for each course we had a detailed description of the dish.
We were not positively impressed, the initiative of the culinary mix between different cultures was nice but it did not remain in our hearts. The costs are also decidedly high.

We were late, but the staff was very kind and served us immediately and immediately brought us water. The food is delicious and presented impeccably. The waiter was very attentive and constantly checked that we were okay. The environment is comfortable, intimate and welcoming. Excellent for those who want to try something new without giving up tradition, we highly recommend it

I have been a customer for several years now, the first time was the first year in via Sassari for a New Year's Eve. I have always appreciated Riccardo's proposals, now I have also participated in his courses on Japanese cuisine. I must say that behind the stove he is precise, tidy and a neat freak.
I recommend everyone to try it at least once

Ate ok, bill - in my opinion - not perfectly aligned with the proposal.
I would suggest buying two teas to keep at the bar if you really want to present yourself as partially Japanese.

Excellent food, masterfully prepared. Very fresh ramen, good broth, good meat, vegetables, noodles or tagliolini, as we want to call them, fresh fresh. Good beer. Nice venue. Good service. I've been going there for years now, always top notch.

Sono stata in questo ristorante a cena e ho optato per il menu degustazione. Il servizio è stato veloce e le porzioni erano abbondanti. Il primo previsto nel menù degustazione era la loro famosa fregola, e la porzione era paragonabile a quella del piatto ordinato singolarmente. L'esperienza è stata proprio quella di un ristorante fusion, secondo me il sapore predominante era quello italiano, ma si percepiva la contaminazione. In generale ho apprezzato tutti i piatti assaggiati. Il dolce davvero squisito.
