I recommend you eat bao, any type... they are all delicious...
The change I would recommend is to include other wineries, with a slightly weak wine list.
For the rest it's ok.

I highly recommend this restaurant.
In addition to the welcome directly from the owner, all the waiters were kind, thoughtful, smiling, really nice.
Regarding the cuisine, there are no words to describe the goodness I ate.
I recommend it and I myself will go again!

Excellent food, super staff, very nice place. We suffered a lot from the heat (August, at lunch, indoors): it was possible there was an air conditioning problem but objectively it was a little difficult. The quality and quantity of the food and the courtesy of the staff, who waited for us despite the late hour, still managed to make everything beautiful. Worth trying, and we will definitely be back (in cool weather).

Nice and cosy spot in the centre of Cagliari to sample a very good ramen and some fusion Sardinian-Japanese style dishes.
Quiet, yet friendly atmosphere and good staff waiting at the tables.

I could start from the end: this tavern deserves 5 stars.
But let's go in order. Today we went to the Kobuta tavern for lunch, upon reservation.
As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very kind waiter who accompanied us to the table. At that moment we were the only customers, only to be animated by other arrivals within a few minutes.
The environment is very welcoming, with an open kitchen and counter. The room on the lower floor completes the place.
We had three appetizers: Uma Tataki (horse tataki), Nasu Gyoza (eggplant ravioli), and Ebi Karaage (fried shrimp).
All starters proved to be excellent, with the gyoza worth a mention, really good.
We then moved on to the first courses, opting for a Chashu Kimchi Don and the fregula 4 restaurants (yes, if you are wondering, it takes its name from the famous Alessandro Borghese program, and yes, it really deserves the praise it has received).
At the request of my pregnant partner, when ordering we asked for the fregola mullet to be cooked a little longer, they very kindly obliged us, demonstrating considerable attention to the customer.
For dessert we took the Pastel de Kobuta, with a very fresh and particular flavor (thanks to the yozu, a typical Japanese citrus fruit, as explained by the waiter).
The bill is well related to the quantity but above all to the quality of what we ate, it is clear that behind it there is a study on the balance of flavors (an example is the ponzu sauce which was almost invisible with the ravioli, and putting it on the prawns was very strong).
We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Highly recommended culinary experience, first and foremost for the wonderful menu, quality of the products and impeccable service. We chose the tasting menu, very good indeed! Dishes with Sardinian and Japanese flavours, eating sliced horse meat, ghioza with pecorino cheese and aubergines, cuttlefish ink tagliolini with red prawns and yuzu oil, pork fillet marinated in shogayaki style and grilled, with rocket salad, peaches, ricotta savory and sweet miso sauce... my mouth is still watering. Good guys! Everything was truly flawless.

Sono stata qui ieri a cena con un'amica. Siamo state benissimo e abbiamo mangiato abbondante e molto bene. La cameriera che ci ha servite è stata davvero simpatica e molto attenta e presente. Abbiamo ordinato tre antipasti che ci siamo divise (gentilissima la cameriera che ci ha sempre portato anche le posate per dividerci tutto): gli yaki gyoza (strepitosi a dir poco), un veggie bao (molto buono) e un uovo e uova (buono ma lo immaginavo più saporito). Come primo abbiamo preso un risotto Kuro ika (buonissimo e molto delicato) e un Chashu Kimchi Don (buono, ma era davvero tanto e alla fine non sono riuscita a finirlo). Abbiamo preso quindi due dolci, la cheese cake (ottima) e la bavarese (a dir poco spaziale, la consiglio a chiunque). In complesso, come già detto, un'ottima serata.
