A little overrated, good food, prices a little high, even if it's normal to pay for quality. Some inattention on the part of the waiter, that is, the "Egg Eggs" dish should be eaten with a spoon, because with the fork we wasted half of it, when the spoon was requested, it should have arrived but it never arrived. The upper room is nice, the lower one a bit chaotic, difficult to talk about based on the amount of people in there. To try once and that's it.

I had the pleasure of dining at Osteria Kobuta in Cagliari and the experience was simply exceptional. The table overlooking the kitchen is a real spectacle: being able to observe the chefs at work makes the atmosphere even more engaging and authentic. The dishes, prepared with the freshest, highest quality ingredients, are an explosion of traditional Japanese flavours, revisited with a touch of creativity. The service was impeccable, with the staff attentive and very friendly. Without a doubt, we will return soon to relive this fantastic dining experience!

In Cagliari, Osteria Kobuta wins hands down for the best gyoza and best ramen ever! 🥟🍜 I had the pleasure of trying the gyoza dumplings, bao, Japanese-style fried shrimp and ramen, and each dish was simply amazing. 😋
The only small note on white wine by the glass: with its acidic notes and mineral flavour, it may not be appreciated by everyone. Personally, I would have preferred a lighter option to match the dishes. 🥂
The bill is a little high, but the quality of the food fully justifies the expense. 😉 The environment has a very particular and interesting retro-industrial style. 👍

If you are a lover of Japanese cuisine (in this case with a refined touch of Sardinia) you have 2 choices, continue eating in the "all you can eat" restaurants, stuffing yourself with the usual flavor everywhere, or go to kobuta, where the gyoza are incredibly good, where wasabi is not horseradish colored green, where the refinement of the flavors is incredible, difficult even to describe in words, top staff, top service.. in short... I RECOMMEND IT!!

Esperienza che si conferma all’altezza delle aspettative. Ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Innovativo (va capito ), si nota la cura del coraggioso titolare. Mi permetta di segnalare un aspetto da migliorare. Un ristorante come questo non si può permettere di non CAMBIARE LE POSATE soprattutto se l’unico posto dove poggiarle è uno stilosissimo (ma scomodissimo) parallelepipedo di metallo che diventa rivoltante con le posate sporche sopra.

One of the best seared tuna I've ever eaten and an excellent horse tartare, seasoned just right, respecting the raw material.

Sono stata in questo ristorante a cena e ho optato per il menu degustazione. Il servizio è stato veloce e le porzioni erano abbondanti. Il primo previsto nel menù degustazione era la loro famosa fregola, e la porzione era paragonabile a quella del piatto ordinato singolarmente. L'esperienza è stata proprio quella di un ristorante fusion, secondo me il sapore predominante era quello italiano, ma si percepiva la contaminazione. In generale ho apprezzato tutti i piatti assaggiati. Il dolce davvero squisito.
