We went there for lunch today. Drawn by the owner's friendliness while we were strolling through Riparbella, it was a pleasant surprise. The dishes are traditional Tuscan. Delicious. We also had the tagliata. Exceptional.

A small tavern in the center of town. The food is very good, and the wild boar was cooked to perfection. It's a shame about the owner's rudeness.

While visiting Riparbella, we had the opportunity to have lunch at this restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming, just like the owner, and the staff was quick and attentive to everything. Excellent food with flavors that take us back to childhood, such as cured meats and crostini of all kinds. The dish of the day: delicious, tender and dry fried chicken and rabbit, fried potatoes and beans, peach tiramisu and a brick with chocolate, all accompanied by a good wine. Excellent experience, delicious food: pappardelle with wild boar + breaded fried rabbit, and for her, penne with rabbit sauce + stewed rabbit. Service was good, the house wine was good, and we finished with a peach tiramisu. Everything was super good and recommended. Enjoy your meal.

Traditional restaurant, typical cuisine. A family atmosphere, fast and courteous service in a very quiet location where it was a pleasure to spend some time in peace.
It's nice to see the owner/chef taking an interest in his guests and making sure they're satisfied.
The soup was very good (it left me just enough room for dessert!), as was the peach tiramisu. The pappardelle with wild boar was also good. I devoured the crostini!

Well! What can I say, everything was excellent, spectacular, and friendly. Personal note... the chef and owner Luciano is reminiscent of Panariello. We were intrigued by the photo outside of the chef holding steaks, an invitation we accepted. Pleasantly full (and hungry). Highly recommended, also a stroll around the village of Riparbella ❤️....PS: the Fiorentina is the BEST of any we've eaten on our trips to Tuscany.

We stopped by one evening by chance, and it struck us as we passed by. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming us without a reservation. The dishes were spectacular. We had a generous mixed appetizer for two and a main course each. Everything was cooked to perfection; my fillet melted in my mouth, and the ribs were delicious, not to mention the side dishes. A true paradise.
The place itself has its own magic.
I would live here.
