It is not my habit to be biased in my considerations, I always try to find the middle ground. In this case I must tell you that here you really find HEART AND PASSION for cooking and for good quality local products cooked like a luthier creates a violin and his music is the heavenly flavor and taste that is released in your mouth. I'm amazed!!! Everything is crazy, the location, the service and the cuisine are amazing, you absolutely have to try them!!!!

So let's be clear, the food is of a high standard and at affordable prices. I found passion and love in what I ate. It's a place where you ultimately feel at home. The chef, well Pier, is among the tables if he has time and can advise you, a humble person, with a lot of experience and a lot of love in what he does. piatti discreti sia nel gusto che nella presentazione, non prediligo il pesce quindi escludendolo la varietà di portate rimanenti non erano poi molte. Spesa serale procapite circa 45 euro.

Un'osteria dalla calda atmosfera familiare e dal gusto ricercato con ingredienti di prima qualità che accompagnano una cucina di vera sostanza e con porzioni generose. Il locale è veramente ben curato, pulito, rustico ma elegante al tempo stesso. Atmosfera rilassante e riservata in un ambiente senza confusione. Ho optato per un risotto ai funghi e una tagliata ai porcini. Tutto perfetto compreso il tiramisù da urlo di Munch. Un calice di ottimo Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso ha accompagnato la cena. Il menù cambia seguendo la stagionalità degli alimenti e riprende ingrediente tipici delle valli del Luinese. Servizio attento, cortese e non invadente. Apprezzo la presenza di questi posti che sono ancora al riparo dalla omologazione di massa che subisce la maggior parte dei ristoranti, dove gli chef (non i cuochi!) spennellano aceto balsamico e dragoncello su porzioni inesistenti. Da tornare e ritornarci.
