Very characteristic tavern. Excellent and plentiful food. Very special and familiar atmosphere. The dining room is completely frescoed with beautiful paintings that help make this place unique. But in first place is the Staff: friendly and cheerful, which makes the lunch truly unique. Dogs allowed and treated like friends.

EXCELLENT, the Trattoria of the past, excellent and somewhat eclectic hospitality, the landlady is a real "character", EXCELLENT first courses, and the house specialty is fried rabbit, not to be forgotten to try. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Great prices and excellent quality.

OTTIMO, ci siamo fermati a pranzo dopo un giro in moto, l'accoglienza è strepitosa ed alquanto eclettica, appena seduti la "topolina" (la titolare) ci ha portato una caciotta su tagliere come antipasto . Abbiamo preso la tagliatella al ragù di salsiccia e funghi, ed a seguire il mitico coniglio fritto con contorno di patate fritte, una specialità della casa che per chi passa da qui deve per forza assaggiare. Qui sembra veramente di andare a pranzo dalla zia..... Il cibo OTTIMO , LO CONIGLIO VIVAMENTE. Prezzi ottimi.

Thrilling.
The ancient country house in the village of Castagno D'Andrea welcomes you with the frescoes of the painter Silvestro Pistolesi (his fresco also in the Parish Church), an environment in tune with the atmosphere suspended in time and yet very current for the vitality that the village expresses.
What about the food, genuine, from the kitchen
grandmother, grandfather's in this case, offered in generous quantities?
We would almost like to avoid writing reviews for fear of revealing too widely the quality and the overall sense of well-being and conviviality that are expressed in this place of the heart.
I hope for a thousand and thousand meals together with you hospitable friends Roberto and Olivia!

Ambiente caratterizzato da affreschi su tutti i muri molto belli una locanda storica che non è mai cambiata cibo ottimo della tradizione ad un prezzo onesto servizio cordiale e familiare

Excellent food, family service, picturesque setting, superlative price, 6 stars. Worth trying because such typical places where the manager creates the environment, with delicious food at a low price are almost impossible to find anymore. And as someone says for other purposes, truly a place out of the league, a world unto itself. If for dessert they bring you some cantucci still in the bag and you take as many as you want, it's a top place where you don't pay for formality and authenticity is free.
