The atmosphere is a bit dated, but then again, it's a temporary place while we wait for the new location in Meda.
The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the staff is friendly.
The food is excellent and authentic, typical of Roman tradition.

Excellent Sunday lunch à la carte with friends. We tried practically all the appetizers, all exceptional, with special mention for the truffled egg and the cod! Then for the first course, I recommend the tonarelli alla gricia! Finally... the exceptional maritozzo!
And then... the owner's friendliness! Number 1 👏👏

An unforgettable experience. I dined at this restaurant with a group of friends and was pleasantly surprised by both the covered veranda, which makes you feel like you're dining in some Roman alley, and the cuisine, which I would describe as superb. I also had the opportunity to try other dishes besides mine, and I must say that everything was prepared to perfection. Everything is worth trying, but if I had to recommend the paccheri with guanciale and artichoke cream, I'd applaud them. It's definitely worth a visit.

Roman tavern, but the atmosphere isn't exactly Roman (there's no Roman music)... but the dishes are Roman-esque... good, well-made, and made with love... very kind staff... I'll gladly return.
