Every time we go to Sutri, it's a must-stop. The pappardelle with wild boar is the best I've ever eaten. Lovely place, very attentive service, and a friendly, approachable owner. Truly reasonable prices for the superb quality.

Very nice owner, very good pasta. The chicken with spinach and Gorgonzola was also very tasty! The seating is very comfortable, like in a living room! Highly recommended! No outside seating, and you can make reservations via chat.

28/09/2025: My partner and I spent two nights in Viterbo. It was right across the street from our vacation rental, and we decided to have a few wines. The next morning, we had breakfast there, and in the afternoon, when they had a wine tasting with great music, we went back again. The owners are lovely and treated us wonderfully. The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly. If we return to Viterbo, we will definitely come back.
