Returned after a year and had another great experience. The Antipasto del Mattarello easily ranks in my top 3 in Italy: a generous and varied selection of top-quality salumi, cheeses, vitello tonnato and more. For the secondo, I had the Tagliata di manzo con rucola e parmigiano: perfectly grilled (medium-rare), rich in flavour, and tender. The half bottle of Rosso di Montalcino from Banfi complemented everything beautifully. Always a pleasure to dine somewhere that stays true to its quality and simplicity, without chasing trends.

Ambiente raccolto , ruspante ma ben disposto . Servizio preciso e veloce. Asparagi con le uova in ciraghen classici, tagliata corretta, tagliatelle con cinghiale. Ottimi gli strudel con gelato e senza. Da rivisitare .

We started with an array of starters to share, which included a wonderful selection of antipasti, bruschetta, and more. Each dish was a delightful explosion of flavors that left us eagerly anticipating the main courses. We continued sharing the main courses, and every single dish was absolutely fantastic. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces were rich and flavorful, and the seafood was incredibly fresh. But what truly set this restaurant apart was the impeccable service.
