Sunday lunch, quality not in line with the (high) prices. The burrata in the mixed antipasto platter wasn't fresh (one was slightly moldy), a condition that became apparent later in the evening. Everything else was fine.

Returned after a year and had another great experience. The Antipasto del Mattarello easily ranks in my top 3 in Italy: a generous and varied selection of top-quality salumi, cheeses, vitello tonnato and more. For the secondo, I had the Tagliata di manzo con rucola e parmigiano: perfectly grilled (medium-rare), rich in flavour, and tender. The half bottle of Rosso di Montalcino from Banfi complemented everything beautifully. Always a pleasure to dine somewhere that stays true to its quality and simplicity, without chasing trends.

Ambiente raccolto , ruspante ma ben disposto . Servizio preciso e veloce. Asparagi con le uova in ciraghen classici, tagliata corretta, tagliatelle con cinghiale. Ottimi gli strudel con gelato e senza. Da rivisitare .

Pleasant evening, excellent food, attentive and professional staff. If you appreciate the temperature in the room, dining in the heat, especially in mid-season, is certainly a positive thing. We will be back.

02/08/2025: Truly a sublime place. I was here for my anniversary; they accommodated my every request to surprise my husband. They also made the perfect portions for me, as I'm training. The dough is easy to digest and soft, and the ingredients are quality. If they want me again, despite the many requests, I'll definitely be back.
