We dined overlooking this characteristic view of the village's alleys.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take photos of the dishes because they were so beautiful I couldn't resist!
The flavor combinations were perfect: tender, slow-cooked meats, fresh, clean vegetables with a genuine regional flavor, and homemade desserts straight from grandma's house.
A welcoming atmosphere, discreet, kind, and friendly staff, and good music that enhanced the flavors. We'll definitely be back!

wonderful place and one of my favorites on my solo trip. the staff were super accommodating to my dietary needs and made me something from scratch. really love fit here and i’ll be back for sure!

Absolutely beautiful experience with delicious food and wine served by kind people who make you feel at home. A lunch stop here on a hot and quiet day in May was everything I needed to recharge.

A small, quaint restaurant in the center of Calcata. Friendly, fast service. The artichoke and bacon gnocchi are excellent. Highly recommended.

A charming and intimate place with a welcoming atmosphere. There were two of us, and we enjoyed gnocchi alla gricia and asparagus risotto, both truly excellent. Afterwards, we tried the pistachio salami, recommended by the waiter, and were very pleased. Honorable mention goes to Rambo, the house cat, who gave us a truly warm welcome! ☺️

This is my second time here, and honestly, I came back specifically to impress my boyfriend, who had booked a romantic weekend in Calcata. My expectations were high, and they were not disappointed. The food is good, simple but good, home-style cooking. The atmosphere is intimate and well-kept (the window table overlooking the Calcata square is a real treat), and the owner is incredibly kind and has incredible savoir-faire. Thank you, we'll see you again soon in the summer ❤
