Osteria Il Gheub In Moransengo

It is a small and delightful, well-kept trattoria. The raw materials are local and of high quality, the combination of flavors in the dishes is well thought out, a small wine list but from excellent local producers. You can see that in the kitchen there is someone who has taste, beyond a few small, forgivable mistakes in the details (we are not in a starred restaurant, it is a restaurant after all). The service is friendly and attentive, the place welcoming, the quality/price ratio excellent. Really worth a trip to Monferrato.

Traditional cuisine with a unique and professional touch that you will always return to.

We didn't find much about the tavern, we had other expectations. The "super" starter for 22 euros disappointed us a little. Even with a half-empty room, the expectations were excessive.

Truly remarkable dishes that are not too traditional, a pinch of customization and that's it...well done, it's worth it...then bon appetit to those who read me.
