We had a unique experience having lunch at the restaurant in the village of Moransengo. The owner welcomed us into an intimate, cool dining room. The food was excellent and all freshly prepared, from appetizers to desserts. A place that will stay in your mind and heart, a place you'll definitely return to.

We went to this small family-run restaurant for Mother's Day, we had a great time, the staff were kind and welcoming, the food was excellent and above all quality, the gobbi with ragù handmade by Caterina were something stratospheric, a seemingly simple dish but super tasty, I attach the photos of our menu, the mixed fried food is missing because we quickly polished it off 😅, we will definitely come back to visit you, thank you very much for this beautiful culinary experience ☺️

Approfittando della bella giornata facciamo un lungo giro per le colline Per il pranzo decidiamo per il Gheub un locale che già conoscevamo. Il locale pulito ordinato e ben disposto promette bene come sempre. Cordiale accoglienza da parte del proprietario che ci fa accomodare in sala. Con la bella stagione propone un nuovo menù. La scelta ricade per cominciare su un antipasto tradizionale piemontese acciughe con un delizioso bagnetto verde servite con crostini all'aglio e non potevano mancare i peperoni con bagna cauda. Tutto gradevole e ben equilibrato nei sapori e nei contrasti. Continuo con dei ravioli ripieni di patate e radicchio conditi con una crema di burro, e uvetta. Un buon equilibrio di sapori. La faraona al vino bianco con cipolla caramellata, e salsina di rafano e mela è stata un gradito prosieguo. Tutto accompagnato da una Barbera leggermente vivace che non dava alla testa. Chiudiamo con una fetta di strudel con una pallina di gelato. Il conto onesto con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. In definitiva una buona esperienza che raccomando di fare s coloro che girano per queste ridenti colline Segnalo infine ancora la gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario sempre presente mai invasivo
