Excellent appetizers, good wine list. We had a Florentine steak, which was good, with excellent quality meat. It's a shame that it was a little overcooked in some places.

Homemade and very, very good food, just like grandma's! Few seats, so maximum customer attention and short waits between courses. Great attention to gluten-free options: the entire menu was easily and seamlessly converted to gluten-free options. We'll definitely be back.

A place discovered today, which has rightfully become part of our top trattorias! Super welcoming place, which corresponds in all respects to the typical Tuscan trattoria, where those who want to eat well "like once upon a time" in a rustic setting feel at home. And we were really happy to see the place full of locals, a sign of quality and coherence with local traditions. Since it was a quick lunch we decided to order à la carte instead of opting for the inviting 25 euro menu where there was really everything. We had some really amazing first courses: enormous portions, well seasoned with traditional sauces such as wild boar, rabbit and lampredotto, plated in a very elegant way. Very good house wine, served in typical flasks, a must for the "Il Fiasco" tavern. Finally, special pastry desserts (lemon and cappuccino delight). Kind and friendly staff. Very honest prices: less than 20 euros per person! Congratulations on everything, places like these are the protected oasis of Italian culinary tradition.
