A small restaurant where you feel at home, even if you're not a local. The food is AMAZING!

The food was limited, but good. The place was decidedly poorly decorated, with the cash register near the door and a few tables inside, left open due to the small space and to allow for outside service. The waitress who served us was rude, seemingly convinced she was being nice despite not fulfilling any requests and providing slow, sloppy, and otherwise inadequate service. Too much expectation for what was offered.

Sooooo good!!!! We only ate typical Roman food! We came twice for lunch and dinner to try all the Roman dishes! This osteria was a coincidence when we booked a B&B nearby! I want to go back!

Scelto casualmente, da fuori non sembrava particolarmente attraente. Invece, all'interno l'ambiente è sobrio ma accogliente, il cibo ottimo e il personale molto gentile. Ottima esperienza.

02/12/2025: The best place in Rome to eat classic Roman cuisine. The owner Simone and the waiter are very kind and friendly. Truly the best restaurant in Rome.
