I wholeheartedly recommend it. Typical Roman food, beautifully executed and incredibly tasty. I'd go back tomorrow for a delicious plate of tonnarelli cacio e pepe with artichokes!
The house wine was excellent and the service was very nice. The girls were attentive and kind. My only regret was not taking photos of the dishes, but I was too busy eating!

A very good Roman dinner, featuring classic dishes as well as some unique dishes. The price is a bit high, but the quality makes up for it. Friendly waiters. Unfortunately, the place is small and very noisy; the sound-absorbing panels on the ceiling don't help much (they should be installed on the walls).

I'll update the review in 2025 to confirm the quality of the dishes prepared, but I'll reduce it by one star because I think the prices have risen too much compared to the past (€16 for a first course, €7 for a Jewish-style artichoke, €8 for a half-liter jug of wine...)

Excellent experience, the food was very good, the sauce and oxtail stew were amazing. The cost for a full menu was around €50, ordering everything from appetizer to dessert. EVERYTHING was delicious.

We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday at Osteria I Maccheroncini and were delighted, both ourselves and our guests.
All the dishes were excellent, from the appetizer featuring two varieties of meatballs and artichokes, to the macaroni alla gricia with artichokes, and the mezzemaniche all'amatriciana.
Kudos to Roberto and his team for the care and attention they give to their customers.
