Lunch at noon. Valvaraita ravioli were good, cutlet seemed frozen because of the taste and they were all perfectly the same.

Small typical Piedmontese tavern, in the historic center of Fossano. Few tables, simple, courteous and attentive service. Quiet place where you can taste Piedmontese dishes and taste a good red wine. Today, after the Easter holidays, we only tasted two first courses: ravioles from Val Varaita and ravioli with Bra sausage and leeks. Feeling pampered like in your own home!

A good Osteria with many Piedmontese delicacies and more. The owner is very helpful and I would also say a very nice entertainer and willing to do everything to make his guests feel at ease.

We went with 12 cycling friends, we had a very good time. Excellent food, simply perfect house wine and top friendliness and hospitality.

Un almuerzo sorpresa encantador. El restaurante es pequeño, con un menú limitado, pero todo se ve delicioso y mi copa de Barbera estaba perfectamente equilibrada. Personalmente, comí el tagliatelle con pesto (peste de alcachofa), aunque las otras pastas, carne asada y pollo eran tentadoras. Por favor, no juzguéis mi foto de pasta, me moría de hambre y consumía más antes de recordar una foto.😊 El inglés no es una cosa aquí, pero el personal toleró mi pobre italiano y todos nos las arreglamos espléndidamente.
