Osteria I 3 Taulin In Fossano

I stumbled upon this little restaurant in the center of Fossano...very charming and quaint. The decor evokes the good old days, and the real gem is the pennant and scarf of the legendary Turin team. The food is truly delicious, plentiful, and of high quality. The owner and his wife are very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

We happened upon this osteria by chance. It's a true osteria, both in terms of the setting, the service, the quality of the food, and the price. The host is very welcoming and witty, making you feel right at home. The place is very chic, frozen in time, with 20 seats, very characteristic. The food, in my opinion, is excellent: ravioli are delicious, both with tomato sauce and with sausage and leek, the veal with tuna sauce is fantastic, and the meat—well, the meat is grilled...over fire. I hope it stays that way forever. We'll recommend it and will definitely be back.

I visited this restaurant with a group of disabled people, and, unsurprisingly, we were welcomed, served, and fed in a priceless way. The owner and waitress were incredibly kind from the start. They set up a beautiful table for us and paid close attention to our needs. The food was plentiful and excellent! Highly recommended!

We went for dinner; the atmosphere is very nice, osteria-style (as the name suggests). The food is good and simple. Their signature dish is grilled meat, even if you're forced to order a cut of at least 0.5kg. The service, in my opinion, needs to change, as there's no menu to see and choose the dishes, nor is there a price list; there's only the girl in the dining room listing a series of dishes, from appetizers to main courses, so in the end, you don't know what to choose because there's so much information (you go to an osteria to be carefree and have a nice evening, "switching off" your brain). The owner is very critical of the wine cellars he doesn't own, and this doesn't do a good job of promoting a region that, from an enological perspective, has a lot to offer. In the end, since we didn't know the price of the individual dishes, the bill was very reasonable.

A typical Piedmontese restaurant, so homey it feels like you're eating at the owner's home. Truly delicious and authentic cuisine, generous portions, and excellent value!
