Disappointment. It's called a tavern but it has nouvelle cuisine portions and prices, and is of average quality. The waitress/host recommended some wines by the glass not on the menu, all €6 per glass, while those on the menu were all between €2 and €4. Furthermore, when we booked we were assured of a good choice of gluten-free options, which turned out not to be true.

Intimate and nice place, competent, attentive and very kind staff. Maya is then expert with her synopsis to advise you on the best wine pairings. Absolute quality food, spectacular fillet, sublime deer carpacco, what can I say, only to be recommended and returned for the owners and the quality food. Marvelous.

A very cozy restaurant with a homely atmosphere. The ladies do their job with love and enjoy it. The choice of meals is very limited, basically a few meals every day, but for that in TOP quality. A reservation is required for the restaurant, the chance of getting a free one is probably slim. Everything from the appetizer, main course and dessert was flawless. Including wine :)

Thank you so much for a lovely evening. We had dinner at the restaurant during our trip on the Coclovia Alpe Adria.
Very kind service, excellent food with local dishes, also very nice environment.
When we are in Tarvisio again we will definitely return.

Beautiful location halfway between the rustic style of a tavern and a more modern style typical of current restaurants. Delicious dishes, we felt at home and as if our mother was cooking them. Warm, loving and familiar environment, one of the two very nice owners also helped us continue the journey by choosing the best roads.
