We had the tasting menu, everything was good but some dishes were too seasoned and thus made the dinner heavy, both to finish and to digest.

An extremely harmonious masterpiece! A delight for the eyes, nose, and palate! Expensive, but it fit the bill, and we were happy to pay that price.

Lovely place, the food was amazing and same for the location. We had the balcony experience which was amazing, this was our second time and im sure we'll be back when we visit puglia again.

Although it has a fantastic private balcony for two, I find this Michelin-starred restaurant a bit disappointing. I had very high expectations for this family restaurant, but the taste experience was disappointing considering the price (€370 for two people). We had a 6-course menu (€130 per person) with matching wines (€55 per person). Although the wines were very good, they didn't always complement the dish. The portions are very small (one shrimp is very small), and we had two eggs used: once poached (perfectly cooked, it must be said) and once in the soufflé. A bit too much egg. A very small piece of meat, but perfectly cooked and flavorful. Osteria Gia Sotto L'Arco; the kitchen excels in its sauces and broths, and in my opinion, they can cook. Yet, despite the impeccable and professional service, the "wow" factor regarding the food was disappointing. Summary: If you want to impress a date or business associate, this is undoubtedly the perfect restaurant. It does come with a price tag, though... We had a great evening overall.

Fantastic! 4 km from our masseria, which I actually didn't notice when booking accommodations and nearby restaurants... but what a surprise! Once you climb the stairs and enter, the polished floor and vaulted ceilings are truly special. And the food was delicious! The wines are also excellent. Highly recommended.

Don't come to this restaurant if you're just looking for good food, but if you're looking for an experience, you're in the right place. Everything was perfect, from the quality of the ingredients to the preparation. It can't be explained; it has to be experienced. We chose the 6-course menu. The price was in line with the type of restaurant and cuisine.

Reservations were made online, requesting a reserved table on the balcony. We were welcomed by the host, who, along with chef Teresa, has run the elegant osteria for years. On their recommendation, we chose the six-course tasting menu, paired with a fantastic South African sparkling wine. The menu was a blind adventure, perfectly balanced in both flavors and quantities. The attentive and meticulous service initially gave us a quick burst of enthusiasm, but there was a pleasant slowdown after the first courses. The dessert was stunning, visually simple and perfectly executed: a Grand Marnier souffle served with a passion fruit glass. Dining on the balcony certainly afforded us greater privacy, silence, and a charming view of the town square, adorned with lights.

A truly positive experience. You can sense their passion for what they do. The hospitality reigned supreme throughout the evening, along with the excellent cuisine. We enjoyed the six-course tasting menu paired with a rosé wine produced by the owners. Keep up the great work! PS: The indoor and outdoor locations are breathtaking. We chose the outdoor one, overlooking the Carovigno square (truly charming and unique). But I must say, the indoor setting is also truly refined.

Già sotto l'Arco è un ristorante di altissimo livello, e lo è da sempre, con Teresa chef e Teodosio in sala, padroni di casa formidabili, una cucina di territorio nel miglior significato del termine, sempre aggiornata e semplicemente, BUONA! Un ristorante che mostra la Puglia al suo meglio, ed una scelta obbligata per chi viene in regione
