Divine experience, unforgettable Sunday, very good

An amazing experience - we loved everything (and we have been lucky to have tried many similar restaurants). The staff were lovely and caring, the food was creative and delicious and the atmosphere felt special. A must if you are around the region! A true one star (or more) establishment) P.S. The owner was as kind to let us try a perfume he was wearing that we asked for and we loved. Shows the care for the guests..

"We were warmly welcomed right from the start and our place on the balcony was simply fantastic. The atmosphere was romantic and the view breathtaking. The waiters were always attentive, charming and not only served us excellently, but also entertained us wonderfully. It was a Evening full of enjoyment - the menu was a culinary highlight, and the wine pairing was a perfect match. A special thank you goes to our main waiter who made the evening unforgettable. We laughed a lot, ate and drank well, and enjoyed every minute. Gourmet cuisine without frills: refined, refined, tasty, generous in portions and above all not excessively intense as happens in other starred restaurants! Elegant service, present, but not intrusive. High class environment!

On Saturday evening we had dinner in this starred restaurant and took the four-course tasting menu, the prawn appetizer was good, the risotto excellent, the red snapper cooked well, but presented on potato cream and katobusci (dried tuna) is a dish that I also find in Milan, in my opinion Puglia is missing, the discreet dessert, the small pastries to forget, the well-recommended wine. You can't say it went badly, but it lacks the spark you expect from a restaurant of this level, which is a shame because we had been there a few years ago and were enthusiastic, this time we won't have much left.

Sono anni che quando in Salento non manchiamo alla tavola di questo elegante e raffinato ristorante. Da quest anno anziché la Carta si presenta con tre opzioni di menù degustazione. La cucina nelle saldissime mani della signora Teresa esprime se stessa in modo splendido scegliendo di volta in volta la miglior materia prima possibile. La carta vini sempre completa. Il servizio impeccabile. Ogni dettaglio sempre perfetto. Che dire noi seguitiamo a tornare e a sentirci coccolati. Grazie

Elegant restaurant, impeccable service from the dining room staff and the selection of dishes proposed by the chef was a symphony of flavours. Absolutely recommended to everyone.

We had dinner with 3 people, one of whom only had a second course and the other two had a tasting menu of 4 dishes (starter, first course, second course, dessert). The tasting was non-existent, we asked for a fish-based one and we were presented with a first and second course with the same type of fish. The first was three ravioli, one of which had a large bone and was therefore inedible. The waiter apologized and firmly said that it would certainly never happen again... the second arrives and once again in a piece of fish there is an even more important bone than the first. …. We waited about half an hour for each course of dish (if not more) and we left the restaurant having spent €321 which became €300 for the bone of the first course we found and the courses were so small that we left with hungrier than when we entered…. The only positive thing: the environment! Oh I forgot €12 a glass of wine..

Cena di coppia in una piacevole serata di giugno, una location meravigliosa curata in ogni dettaglio a livello di design. Dalla cucina si percepisce un amore unico e solo per il cibo e la scoperta di nuove sensazioni in diversi percorsi culinari , sia alla carta che nel menù degustazione. Veramente complimenti vivissimi alla chef per la passione e l’amore che mette nelle sue creazioni. Nettamente da migliorare invece il servizio in sala, che in un posto del genere conta quanto la cucina a mio parere; dal bicchiere sporco di rossetto, al cambio posate con annesso coltello sporco, e soprattutto alla poca attenzione che c’è stata nell’aggiornamento dei menù sia sul sito che nel ristorante; penso non sia ammissibile leggere dei piatti online che poi non trovi nel menu in carta. C’è stato purtroppo un errore in un ordine di un piatto,di un antipasto, scritto in un modo alla carta e portato in un altro,precisamente come descritto nel menù online. Il medesimo è stato poi offerto, ma penso che in un’unica serata le sviste allo stesso tavolo, siano state decisamente troppe. Da migliorare di gran lunga il servizio e dare la massima attenzione anche ai minimi dettagli,data la stella Michelin.
