Don't come to this restaurant if you're just looking for good food, but if you're looking for an experience, you're in the right place. Everything was perfect, from the quality of the ingredients to the preparation. It can't be explained; it has to be experienced. We chose the 6-course menu. The price was in line with the type of restaurant and cuisine.

Reservations were made online, requesting a reserved table on the balcony. We were welcomed by the host, who, along with chef Teresa, has run the elegant osteria for years. On their recommendation, we chose the six-course tasting menu, paired with a fantastic South African sparkling wine. The menu was a blind adventure, perfectly balanced in both flavors and quantities. The attentive and meticulous service initially gave us a quick burst of enthusiasm, but there was a pleasant slowdown after the first courses. The dessert was stunning, visually simple and perfectly executed: a Grand Marnier souffle served with a passion fruit glass. Dining on the balcony certainly afforded us greater privacy, silence, and a charming view of the town square, adorned with lights.

A truly positive experience. You can sense their passion for what they do. The hospitality reigned supreme throughout the evening, along with the excellent cuisine. We enjoyed the six-course tasting menu paired with a rosé wine produced by the owners. Keep up the great work! PS: The indoor and outdoor locations are breathtaking. We chose the outdoor one, overlooking the Carovigno square (truly charming and unique). But I must say, the indoor setting is also truly refined.

A truly positive experience, the place was clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, not to mention the exceptional cuisine. We frequent several restaurants, and here we sensed a genuine passion for their profession, which is not to be taken for granted. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Always a confirmation. Every year, when we go to Salento, we have dinner at Gia sotto l'arco where perfect service is combined with impeccable cuisine! Very fresh raw materials expertly managed by the Chef while in the dining room Teo and Antonella make you feel welcomed, advised and looked after with professionalism and passion. Excellent cellar! What a wonderful and incredible experience. The food was divine. And the service - nothing short of enchanting. I am so blown away by this beautiful restaurant. The hospitality was the best I experienced so far in all of Italy. The food, the wine, everything was magical. Not enough beautiful things to say about this wonderful place. We were seated in the balcony overseeing the piazza - book this experience for sure. What a magical evening. Grazie mille per l’esperienza!!!
