A wonderful experience!
Truly excellent food, with an extensive and carefully curated wine list. The quality of the ingredients and the service were both superb.
We chose the six-course tasting menu: the cuttlefish was remarkable; it literally melted in our mouths—a texture we'd never experienced before. The soft-cooked egg with mushrooms and truffle was also delicious.
The owners produce wine and olive oil, both of which are excellent.
We'll definitely be back in the spring to experience the balcony table.

The experience at this returning restaurant was perfect. The location was very elegant, as were the food and service. Every single course left something special. The wine list was also excellent. We chose the 6-course tasting menu, and we left feeling more than full!
A wonderful discovery, we'll definitely be back to try the balcony seating 🙂

After many years, I finally managed to dine at this historic restaurant, a long-held dream.
The atmosphere is elegant and refined, the service friendly and attentive, and the welcome professional yet warm.
We chose the tasting menu with wine pairing: a high-quality experience, with carefully crafted dishes and intense flavors. In particular, the cuttlefish and risotto both had very pleasant bursts of intensity and flavor. I also appreciated the citrus notes present in some dishes, which added freshness and balance.
A truly pleasant and high-quality food and wine experience.
Highly recommended for those seeking quality, refinement, and evolving Apulian cuisine.

An experience for all my senses!
The tasting of the dishes was a surprise, so we didn't know if they were meat or seafood, but we were right with the wine.

Very special dinner in elegant surroundings. Wine list was sensibly priced. We had 6 course menu with lots of local produce. Beautifully presented. Would have liked to see menu before meal but guess that is part of experience!

Even though they didn't confirm her Michelin star, and we absolutely do NOT agree, Chef Teresa Galeone is always excellent! The 8-course menu was excellent, everything was delicious: praise for the risotto with peppers, caciocavallo cheese, and lime, not to mention the egg with truffle and the snapper, dried tuna, and potatoes😋!!! Excellent dinner and a super welcome, thank you🤩!
