16/05/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nécessaire in Rimini is an excellent discovery that fully deserves five stars. The place is welcoming, with attention to detail, and the staff stands out for their friendliness and preparation, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the very first moment. 🥂 I started with a glass of bubbles, really well selected and pleasant to the palate. 🌮 As for food, I tried a taco with beef stew: the meat was exceptional in terms of softness and taste, even if slightly difficult to hold in your hand. To follow, a fried chicken sandwich (without caramelized onion, for personal taste) which turned out to be one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I have ever tried: juicy, tasty meat, perfectly cooked. 🍰 To conclude, a truly remarkable Basque cheesecake, creamy and well-balanced in flavors. 📍 It will definitely be a regular stop during my business trips to Rimini.
