Possibly the best place to eat today in Avigliano. Baccalà Aviglianese. In general everything is very good, quite well served, sometimes the waiters get confused. But in general terms the place is great, if you go in summer, in the afternoons on the terrace it is very comfortable. Highly recommended!!!!

The Gagliardi restaurant is an extraordinary restaurant dedicated to cod. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the staff is courteous and attentive, and each dish celebrates this ingredient in a creative and delicious way. An excellent dining experience. Highly recommended!

Esperienza molto positiva come da attesa. Bella location con proprietario molto gentile, cordiale ed ospitale. Obiettivo era quello di effettuare una degustazione di "baccalà" piatto forte di Avigliano. Ci siamo fatti guidare dalle proposte del proprietario che si sono dimostrate perfettamente in linea alle nostre aspettative con una distinta presentazione gourmet delle portate. Sublime gli antipasti, eccellenti i primi per non parlare dei due secondi, tutto e sempre sulla base primaria di baccalà. E cosa dire del personale gentilissimo e professionale. Ci ritorneremo assolutamente per degustare altri piatti di un menu certamente vario e di grande qualità.

Guests at the Gagliardi tavern for lunch, we were able to taste a variety of servile cod courses present from starters to main courses. Gourmet dishes of high refinement, taste and presentation followed one another accompanied by impeccable and friendly service. The innkeeper's advice is the basis of the success of this experience. I highly recommend living this experience..! We will definitely return because there is so much more to discover on the menu of this tavern!

La Roulette

31/08/2024: On the advice of a friend from Potenza, not being a local, but from Liguria, we went to the Roulette for dinner. We had such a good time that in one week we went there 3 times for dinner. Truly exquisite first courses, very good pizzas, excellent meat second courses, lots of choice and truly honest prices. Greetings from Liguria and we will not hesitate to return to dine at the roulette should we return to Basilicata.
26/08/2024: Every time I go, the quality of both the restaurant and the pizzeria is reconfirmed.
