Excellent! Excellent food. The cod in all the recipes proposed and chosen was truly delicious. I highly recommend it! Reach him specially! It will be a triumph of tastes! The owner is very polite and kind.

My husband and I had lunch at Hosteria Gagliardi, the food is well cooked and well served, it has an excellent cellar and a pleasant environment. I highly recommend it!

Il luogo perfetto per gustare pietanze a base di baccalà. Dall'antipasto,passando per i primi e con i secondi chi la fa da padrona in tutti i modi è sua maestà il baccalà con tutti i metodi di cottura e presentazione di alta gastronomia dell'osteria Gagliardi. La location è con posti limitati e vi consiglio di prenotare.

23/11/2024: The whim, a word, a certainty....the best place to eat I believe in Basilicata and also in the surrounding areas....let's start with an appetizer where each course will delight you and will leave you convinced, very convinced...the first courses are excellent, truly top quality in meat...wide choice of meat....(I recommend donkey size) as regards the healthy and clean environment....but still functional...congratulations to the owners and staff..keep it up
28/10/2024: ristorante rustico poco adatto ai gastrofighetti ma di sostanza e qualita'...vengo spesso ma questa volta si sono superati...il primo di pasta fatta in casa con ragu' di pezzente e rafano è stato superlativo...consigliatissimo
