Cena indimenticabile per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. Ristorante accogliente e moderno, gestito da ragazzi giovani con tanta passione per il loro lavoro. Cibo preparato con cura e amore: materia prima di qualità, presentazione top dei piatti e sapore che non dimenticherò mai. Un’esperienza sensoriale che ricorderò sempre e che consiglio ai buongustai che “mangiano anche con gli occhi” ;-) Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Serena in the kitchen and Francesco in the dining room are the beating heart of this place: the passion with which they carry out their project can be perceived in every detail. The dishes are carefully prepared, original and always made with the freshest ingredients. Fish is the absolute protagonist, with proposals that surprise for their taste and refinement - from tempura oysters to Catalan shellfish, to fried mixed seafood, everything is impeccable. The meats also deserve a special mention: tagliatelle with ossobuco ragù, lamb cooked to perfection and meat tartare that melt in the mouth. The first courses are also excellent, such as the truffle risotto, balanced and fragrant. The wine list, extensive and well-selected, is expertly managed by Francesco, always ready to recommend the right pairing with grace and professionalism. The environment is modern and welcoming, with a refined industrial style and an open kitchen that enhances transparency and quality. Ultimately, Osteria FraSe is much more than just a restaurant: it is an experience that pampers the senses and leaves the desire to return. Highly recommended for those looking for taste, atmosphere and authentic attention to the customer.

Nice environment, clean and scented bathrooms (they say that to evaluate a place you have to see the bathroom, they promote it), kind and polite staff. Poor menu but good and refined quality. Outdoor space and private parking. Refinement also in the mise en place and combination of plates and crockery. The only downside is the price: expensive. There were two of us, for lunch, midweek, two starters, two first courses, only water, two coffees, 85 euros. 10 euros less deserved an extra star review. Let's say that it is not to be visited often, but it can be used if necessary.

The first is the cuisine: based on fantastic ingredients and enhanced by simple processes, done with care and intelligence. The second is the passion for wine which is transmitted both by the environment and by the care with which Francesco selects and advises. Even the location with the kitchen visible on one side and the beautiful "library" of wines on the other tells of this meeting. Finally, the third is the dining room staff: serene, tidy and precise who know how to put you at ease and above all know how to explain the underlying idea of ​​cuisine. It goes without saying that I always happily come back and recommend it for any type of occasion.

Excellent location, very intimate and pampering. Super quality ingredients. Fair price for what you eat. I highly recommend, especially to wine lovers, they have a wide choice. Also excellent for an aperitif.
