Impeccable service, courtesy and discretion, perfect timing, and excellent value for money given the exceptional quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended for those seeking an authentic, elegant, and truly delicious experience. We'll definitely be back. Rating: 10 out of 10.

Cena indimenticabile per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. Ristorante accogliente e moderno, gestito da ragazzi giovani con tanta passione per il loro lavoro. Cibo preparato con cura e amore: materia prima di qualità, presentazione top dei piatti e sapore che non dimenticherò mai. Un’esperienza sensoriale che ricorderò sempre e che consiglio ai buongustai che “mangiano anche con gli occhi” ;-) Ci tornerò sicuramente!

One of the best seafood restaurants I've ever eaten at. A brand-new and very well-kept restaurant. We ate outside, where there's parking. The hostess was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly welcoming. I started by trying an oyster I'd never eaten before. She gave me good advice. Appetizer. Sardines in saor with caramelized onion and sauce. Perfectly fried sardines that paired perfectly with everything else. Creamed cod with onion chatney and fried polenta, superb. First course. Spaghetti with zotoi ink. Probably the best long seafood pasta I've ever eaten. Delicate yet punchy, with just a hint of crunchiness. For our second course, we had fried fish. And I'm sure this was the best fried fish I've ever eaten. Very dry and crispy. Battered shrimp, calamari, and squid with baby carrots, zucchini, and onion. A delight for the palate. Sweet berry sorbet. The bill was absolutely reasonable (add two glasses of wine and a coffee). €100 for two people. The only tiny flaw was that when I asked for grappa, the waiter simply asked if it was white or barrel-aged, listing a few spirits. When I paid, I realized they actually had superior grappas, like my beloved Marolo (which they also sell in bottles). I recommend it for a truly unforgettable experience.

Serena in the kitchen and Francesco in the dining room are the beating heart of this place: the passion with which they carry out their project can be perceived in every detail. The dishes are carefully prepared, original and always made with the freshest ingredients. Fish is the absolute protagonist, with proposals that surprise for their taste and refinement - from tempura oysters to Catalan shellfish, to fried mixed seafood, everything is impeccable. The meats also deserve a special mention: tagliatelle with ossobuco ragù, lamb cooked to perfection and meat tartare that melt in the mouth. The first courses are also excellent, such as the truffle risotto, balanced and fragrant. The wine list, extensive and well-selected, is expertly managed by Francesco, always ready to recommend the right pairing with grace and professionalism. The environment is modern and welcoming, with a refined industrial style and an open kitchen that enhances transparency and quality. Ultimately, Osteria FraSe is much more than just a restaurant: it is an experience that pampers the senses and leaves the desire to return. Highly recommended for those looking for taste, atmosphere and authentic attention to the customer.

Nice environment, clean and scented bathrooms (they say that to evaluate a place you have to see the bathroom, they promote it), kind and polite staff. Poor menu but good and refined quality. Outdoor space and private parking. Refinement also in the mise en place and combination of plates and crockery. The only downside is the price: expensive. There were two of us, for lunch, midweek, two starters, two first courses, only water, two coffees, 85 euros. 10 euros less deserved an extra star review. Let's say that it is not to be visited often, but it can be used if necessary.
