I really liked the place; the carbonara and artichoke were spectacular. The owner was very kind.

Not a cheap Roman osteria with checkered tablecloths, but more refined! Branded glasses and carefully curated dishes! Everything was excellent!

We decided to try this osteria recommended by friends. I had a truly excellent carbonara. The restaurant focuses on Roman cuisine, from puntarelle to oda alla vaccinara and cacio e pepe. There's a good selection of wines, although due to the risk of my license, I didn't even smell them... The desserts were good, but the tiramisu, which I ordered despite being warned it was a "custom" dish, didn't convince me. I'll try the others... yes, because I'll be back and try the other first and second courses. The prices aren't "everyday" but they're affordable. After all, the quality is there! There's no dedicated parking, but you can find it on the street. The place is noisy. You have to be patient. Make a reservation... I told you, the food is good and a lot of people love it.

A positive experience at this restaurant serving Roman specialties, with the spaghetti carbonara truly outstanding. Attentive and helpful service. The only downside was the excessive wait for the spaghetti (the 16-minute cooking time stated on the menu, plus a 24-minute wait). Other than that, I would definitely return. Reservations recommended.

We stumbled upon it by chance during the Casteggio festival. The place is cute and well-kept, not very large but still has a decent number of tables. The service is attentive but not intrusive; the only downside is the wait. The host, as indicated on the menu, is keen to point out that pasta takes 16 minutes to cook. The result was an hour and a half for a carbonara, which was good, to be honest... And then, add 100 grams of pasta, and you'll get a meal. The prices are definitely not those of an osteria, but those of a renowned restaurant. Maybe try it again when it's less crowded.

Osteria dall'ottima cucina della tradizione romana. Locale impeccabilmente ben arredato. Il proprietario è una persona squisita come tutti i piatti che si possono assaggiare. Il personale dipendente non è da meno... ragazzi educatissimi e perfetti nel servizio. Io purtroppo non bevo vini, ma a chi piace, sicuramente troverà una cantina ricca e di qualità. Non mancherò di ritornarci quando ne avrò occasione. Bravi!
