The food is carefully crafted and beautifully presented, with distinctive flavors and evident research behind each dish. However, despite the quality, I didn't experience the wow factor I've experienced at other restaurants serving similar cuisine. The interior is pleasant, with a minimalist and refined style, although some details could be improved. The tables are a bit close together, but the acoustics are good. It's a shame about the neighborhood, which undermines the restaurant and feels rather shabby. The service, however, is impeccable: the wait staff is kind, attentive, and helpful—truly 10/10. Overall, a positive experience, but not enough to make me return: there are similar options in Rome that have convinced me more.

The food was delicious and well-prepared — you can tell the chefs here really care. The dish looked beautiful and unique, and the taste was just amazing. I also calculated the calories using the service shown in the photo attached to the review — super convenient! For anyone who watches their diet, it’s a real find. You can easily keep track of everything you eat.

Weekend Dinner – A Pleasant Experience with a Few Minor Points We dined over the weekend. The atmosphere was very discreet, perhaps a little crowded (particularly due to a couple with two small children who, frankly, we would have preferred to see arrive without their children), but overall pleasant. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly, if at times distracted, waiters. We waited a few minutes for the menu, but from then on, the service was absolutely delightful. The dishes impressed us with their attention to detail: refined but not pretentious, beautifully plated and never boring. The wine recommendations were also excellent, offered with great generosity by a gentleman—who we assume is the owner—who was truly kind and pleasant. We ordered two first courses, two second courses, and decided to share a dessert: a perfect choice, allowing us to sample a bit of everything and leave fully satisfied. Overall, an excellent dining experience with just a few minor imperfections, which, however, did not detract from the enjoyment of the evening.

Enjoyed an excellent 7-course meal. Beautifully presented, pleasant flavors, and pleasant service. The wine is reasonably priced. Definitely worth repeating.

It was a truly enjoyable dinner, both for the quality of the dishes and the attention to customer service and the ambiance. The amuse-bouche, pre-dessert, and small pastries were very much appreciated. I highly recommend the grilled pigeon, which truly surprised us with its sophistication.

Pleasant confirmation We had been to this restaurant before, and the good memory I had was pleasantly confirmed. You can also eat outside, although the atmosphere inside is certainly more intimate and meticulously crafted. The service was truly excellent: kind and attentive. The dishes were all excellent, especially the spaghetti with charred eggplant and red shrimp. Overall, a truly enjoyable evening.

Exceptional restaurant! We returned to try the summer menu with some friends, and it proved to be a surefire success, both for the quality of the ingredients and the careful pairings. Kudos to you for the thoughtful selection: the tasting menu was truly a wonderful experience. We'll be back soon 🔜

It was my first time having such an experience. I tried the "curious artisan" tasting menu and was blown away. Ten courses of small works of art, carefully crafted and unique dishes. I highly recommend it for first-timers, given the very affordable price! The only flaw is the outdoor setting, which is a complete contrast to the beautifully crafted interior. (My fault for booking at the last minute!)
