Fine dining restaurant in the Trastevere district. The staff is very welcoming and full of helpful advice. We had the four-course "Selection of the Kitchen" menu with petits fours and wine by the glass. The dishes were absolutely sublime, both visually and in taste. A special mention goes to the dessert: stout ice cream with black garlic cream; the combination was incredibly balanced. A very good wine by the glass menu.

A wonderful experience for those who love good food. The place is very well-kept and welcoming, the chef's dishes will surprise you and the service is attentive and well-groomed. My partner and I chose this place to celebrate our 10-year engagement and our expectations were not disappointed. We chose a tasting menu and a wine from the wine list, which is well-studied and curated. The chef promises a dinner at the level of a starred restaurant and we have seen that he keeps his word. In conclusion, I would recommend this experience to everyone at least once in their life. We will definitely return to taste new proposals from the chef and his team. All the dishes we tasted were good and the flavors and combinations were well balanced. A special mention for the tobacco ice cream, very special. A small note for the cannelé which was a bit hard (it should be rubbery instead) and the completely frozen snuff peach, I think it should have been taken out of the freezer first because it was difficult to cut and had no flavor because it was too cold in the mouth. Truly a wonderful discovery. Very cute place, beautiful atmosphere, kind staff. We were pampered by the staff throughout the evening in a truly pleasant atmosphere. It was a pleasure to follow every single course. I recommend coming to this delightful restaurant without any rush, enjoying the chef's creations where even the wait is part of the 360-degree experience. The tasting menu is ideal for those who want to discover the cuisine offered in this restaurant, the portions are just right and you don't leave hungry at all, on the contrary. Excellent proposals also regarding wines at reasonable prices. Really well-tasted food in taste and appearance. In the à la carte menu I absolutely recommend the spaghetti with burnt aubergine with prawn tartare and the hazelnut duck. Amazing! I can't wait to try other dishes. Not suitable for those who want to spend little and eat a lot and are in a hurry. To enjoy an experience you have to dedicate the right amount of time to it.

I had a lovely birthday meal that I’m going to remember for a while! We opted for the a la carte menu, and we’ve been treated with a lovely welcome from the chef with a refined selection of bites and starters that take the Italian cuisine on a spin! The burnt aubergine & pistachio pasta were an inventive twist, and the risotto was a mix of flavours that made our dinner experience very special! Lovely service and friendly staff, I can’t recommend enough!

Locale molto carino e curato, ma tavoli un po’ ravvicinati tra loro. Abbiamo provato il menù degustazione da sette portate, tutto molto buono, tranne per lo spaghettone col gambero, il sapore di bruciato prevaleva su tutto (soprattutto sul gambero che è così delicato) dunque, per nostro gusto, non troppo apprezzato. Per il resto consigliato. Servizio da migliorare.
