The food is certainly good and delicious. There was live music when we were there, air conditioning inside as well. When we ordered the scampi and saffron risotto, our waitress advised us that "the kitchen prepares everything fresh", implying that there may be a wait for the food to arrive. We did not anticipate to wait over 1.5 hrs for the risotto to arrive along with our other Pastas. We arrived at the restaurant at 8 pm and finished our appetizers around 8:40 pm. The risotto and the other 2 Pastas did not arrived until 9:40 pm. It was very disappointing to see that some tables who arrived and ordered well after us were able to finish their entire meal before we even received our main courses. My advice would be to either not order the risotto or to arrive early to ensure you are the first to order this dish from the kitchen so that you may be served first.

This is a small restaurant, with tables inside and outside. The food here is unbelievable. Some of the best food we have tasted in Venice (and we have been here a lot!). The staff are attentive and helpful. It’s not always necessary to reserve a table unless you want to sit outside, but if you make a reservation, you tend to get a better table. But it’s the food that makes this restaurant really special.

Honestly some of the best food me and my girlfriend have ever had, we quite literally ate everything on our plates. The combination of flavors on each dish is great!

Excellent address, cuisine to die for, enchanting and very quiet setting, far from tourists. Please note: book at least 1 day in advance to have one of the (rare) tables along the canal!

Very pleasant place away from the crowds and the euphoria of Venice Very good and very reasonable in price given the quality of the dishes The waiters are adorable and the waitress speaks French the menu is also in French which allows us to know what we are eating To do at all costs when you come to Venice

A truly amazing restaurant and a wonderful experience. The service was great and the food was thoughtfully prepared and tasted as fresh as it could possibly be. I would definitely recommend the pancetta!
