A true gem in Piano di Sorrento! Osteria Estoria offers extraordinary cuisine, where passion and attention to detail shine through in every dish. Kudos to Chef Michele for the quality and flavor of his creations. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, and makes you feel right at home. A culinary experience absolutely worth experiencing. I'll definitely be back!

I went to eat a New Year's course meal. The host of Meta Hostel recommended it and even made the reservation for me.
I was a bit skeptical.
And because of the price, I thought it would be a waste to go alone.
It was the first time I'd experienced something so special and a wonderful memory.
I learned more about Italian food culture,
and the New Year's countdown was romantic.
And most of all, the food was delicious.
I was so full that I couldn't finish some of the dishes,
but as someone who eats a lot, I can count on one hand the number of times I've been able to finish so many dishes in one meal. It was truly delicious. It was the best food I've had in over 10 nights in Italy.

Trying this restaurant is like discovering flavors that have been somewhat forgotten, thanks to the now-too-common fast food. Some combinations (I confess) are rediscovered among those buried in memory, even in traditional dishes that have sometimes been shamefully abandoned. Flavors and combinations are a pleasure to rediscover...
The service is good, though a bit lacking in numbers, and the prices, just above average, but ultimately almost justified.

We dined at the restaurant a few days ago, based on the restaurant's reviews. We can confirm that the experience was absolutely positive: excellent value, outstanding dishes, and welcoming service. It was the restaurant that most impressed us on the Sorrento Peninsula.

We went to Osteria Estoria for New Year's Eve dinner.
The restaurant is intimate, quiet, and well-maintained.
The staff was meticulous, attentive, and helpful.
All the dishes we ate were delicious, the portions generous, and the risotto with artichokes and shrimp deserves a special mention... sublime!
Our experience was truly positive.
