Excellent food, medium-large portions, fast service (perhaps a little too fast, they seemed to push us away). The tables are a bit cramped, but nothing too serious. Friendly staff.

A moment of pure bliss during dinner. Grilled fish and vegetables. A healthy and delicious meal in a warm atmosphere. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. Impeccable service. I highly recommend this place and I can't wait to go back.

A nice restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere, catering primarily to tourists from what we saw. We took advantage of the Fork offer and had a great time. The food was good, and we appreciated the complimentary fortified wine.

Osteria San Barnaba was undoubtedly one of the best discoveries during our stay in Venice. It's a well-known and highly regarded restaurant, so much so that we highly recommend booking in advance: the restaurant is small and often sells out. But the wait (or reservation) is absolutely worth it. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and always attentive, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. The menu is extensive and well-structured, with a wide variety of both fish and meat dishes, truly satisfying every taste. We chose the meat and... wow! Tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and each dish is tasty and well-balanced. All this is accompanied by a truly excellent quality-price ratio, something not so common in Venice. An osteria not to be missed, absolutely recommended!

The best bread I've ever had in Weinis, and the waiter was also very friendly. The old man was really kind! The bread before the meal was also soft and fluffy. It's in the top 3 of the breads I've had in Italy.

Bar Monetine

26/10/2025: Bar Monetine, along with its owner, are the epitome of hospitality. I went for the first time last night with two friends, and I feel like I've been a regular forever. The staff were genuine and always smiling, and we enjoyed aperitifs and dinner, sharing laughs and conversation. Highly recommended!!! Keep it up, guys!

Standing ovation for the pizza and toasted sandwiches, which make for an exceptional aperitif here!!! Clean and well-kept atmosphere. Highly recommended. Thank you. 🙏

Ristorante Pizzeria Al Pioppeto

15/12/2025: Yesterday we booked lunch for 14 people, one of whom had a meat menu, two of whom were children and had a menu made on the spot, and the other guests had a fish menu. The two menus (fish and meat) had been agreed upon in advance and recommended by the restaurant. What can I say? Everything was exceptional. The place was welcoming, the owners and staff were courteous and kind. The service was excellent. All the dishes that arrived demonstrated an excellent ability to source fresh, quality products, as well as being cooked to perfection. The dishes were also generous, plentiful, and rich in ingredients. All the guests I had for lunch gave only positive comments and were satisfied. I therefore owe a special thanks to Fortunato and Vincenzo and the entire staff, both for the service and for their menu suggestions. The quality/price ratio was also excellent. Definitely a restaurant worth trying and one I highly recommend. WELL DONE!!!!
