Osteria Due Nani In Bardolino

Highly recommended. The seating is very comfortable. The service was very attentive and genuinely friendly. Even the chef stopped by briefly and was just as nice. We had tagliata from the charcoal grill with grilled vegetables and potatoes. It was simply fantastic. The meat was of very high quality and perfectly cooked. The Lugana was also excellent. We'll be back as soon as we're in Bardolino again!

Excellent food, correct service, just the right rustic atmosphere

I recently went to this restaurant and I must say that I really enjoyed it. The environment is welcoming and well-kept, the staff friendly and attentive. But the thing that struck me most was the quality of the food: tasty dishes, well presented and with fresh ingredients. A very positive experience, I will definitely return!

So: we were there 3 years ago. there were a lot of guests there. It was already tight because the catering industry isn't big. which normally doesn't have to be a bad thing. but back then every corner was still crammed. It was a very long wait for the food. so we didn't want to go there anymore. But yesterday we thought we'd try it again. There was little going on and space was ok. Ambience is nice but not a highlight either. Food was good. But also “normal”. Prices normal Bardolino level. However: 5 EUR Coperto has to be described as outrageous. No tablecloth, no aperitivo, just nothing. There are already top restaurants in Bardolino that take 2 euros coperto with a tablecloth, followed by a small limoncello as an aperitif. The overall package is simply better. We won't go there anymore. Attention, an addendum: The owner wrote to me in response to my review that 2.50 euros Coperto would be charged. Not 5 euros as I mentioned. I will check the documents again. If that is the case, I have changed this part of the review accordingly as far as Coperto is concerned. However, the rest of the rating remains.

Excellent meal. Service was very pleasant, unobtrusive and yet very accommodating. The dishes were very well seasoned and very tasty. We had vitello tonnato, vegetarian vegetables, grilled pork Iberico. Wow. Delicious. Also recommended are the Tris do dolce and the dessert wine. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Very welcoming place, we were here with friends for lunch on Easter Sunday, prices average for local restaurants (quite high), generous portions, delicious bigoli with sardines even if a little salty. The only sore point is the polenta taragna, thickened and with a very milky taste, which needs to be reviewed. The staff were very friendly and really competent. We'll be back!

The steak was superbly cooked. The meat was of excellent quality and on point. Very attentive and friendly service. Sometimes it was a bit too hectic for us, which took away from the coziness of the place. But if you like good meat, you have to come here.
