It took me over ten years to dine here for the first time, and it gave me that elusive feeling of being at home. The paintings on the walls and the familiar labels of rare bottles from friendly winemakers made me feel like I was entering a friend's home, a place where you can sit for hours, slowly dining, and chatting with the other diners at the table. Then there's Colibrì, the friendliest bull terrier I've ever met, who couldn't stop trying to attract attention. Last but certainly not least, Damiano, the soul and creator of this refuge, where you can feel transported to another dimension.

A small restaurant in the center of Foligno, meticulously curated down to the smallest detail, with a family atmosphere that feels like home. Excellent dishes, simple yet sophisticated. Giorgia and Damiano are exceptional hosts. Highly recommended!

Dinner with friends. Welcoming, beautiful and clean environment, characteristic. Damiano the fantastic owner! Fast service despite it being a Saturday night and the place full. We ate divinely, very fresh and quality raw materials. The wine of their production, Colibrì, lovely and perfect with the dishes. Highly recommended

Tutto molto buono ad eccezione del carciofo pastellato perché poco croccante la pastella e si sentiva che il carciofo era stato cotto prima di essere passato nella pastella

Cena sorprendente in un ristorante che sa unire tradizione e originalità senza forzature. Già dagli antipasti si capisce che qui la cucina è pensata: il baccalà era morbidissimo, sapido al punto giusto, un uovo alla curda che non avevo mai provato prima davvero interessante.
I primi piatti sono stati il vero punto forte: gli gnocchi al ragù d’oca erano intensi, con una carne tenera e saporita, avvolta in una sughi che sapeva di tempo e pazienza. Gli spaghetti cacio e pepe carciofi? Perfetti.
Servizio attento e cortese, atmosfera rilassata. Tornerò sicuramente per scoprire il resto del menu.
