I enjoyed the best rest in Canal, which has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. I felt like a local Venetian for at least 30 minutes. The reasonable price is also a bonus. Hide it. Best local cafe spot. I had a great time of relaxation from the busy and packed street. Best place to take 5 like locals!

I was staying at a nearby airbnb. I came in at 7:30 AM to get coffee. It is very much a locals place. The 2 women behind the counter were very kind and humored me when I showed them a picture of my “3 Croissants” (my boys) Coffee was amazing, even in a takeaway cup

Hidden but right there! This place is on the way from central station (Santa Lucia) to piazza San Marco, but you need to keep your eyes open! Their pear and chocolate pastry is just insane! So so good! Very good cappuccino as well! Only problem we had is thag they only had 2 pear and chocolate pastries left 😄 Definitely a must for breakfast in Venezia!

With what nerve did they ask me €6 for a braid and a cappuccino, seated and served at the table in the basement, when I normally pay on average half as much for the same service?! It's a shame because otherwise nothing to complain about.

An authentic place. A discovery by chance that was a gem!!! The girls who serve have been very kind, attentive and friendly!!! The tiramisu is truly exquisite!!!! The best I have eaten in Italy!!!

A tiny shop serving the nicest pastries in Venice. So glad we decided to wake up early to visit this cafe as there wasn’t many seats when we reached. Prices of the pastries and coffee are definitely worth the quality!

Good cakes and very pleasant service. Relatively quiet area (it does get some tourist-traffic from the railways station) that allows you to just breathe in the beauty of the city whilst enjoying an espresso (which is one of the best I've had in Venice) or a glass of wine near the canal. Also: this is one of the few places that serves americano in a way that allows you to choose the amount of water you want to add to your espresso which is just fantastic when you want to fine-tune your morning coffee experience.
