Osteria di Montecodruzzo In Roncofreddo

I've been for dinner on two occasions fairly close together, the first with a group of 6, the second with a group of 11. Everyone was thrilled! Everyone, without exception. The location is beautiful, with a splendid view of the Romagna hills, the staff is courteous and friendly, but obviously the food deserves the highest praise! We've always had a wide variety of dishes, and not a single one has disappointed! The first courses were delicious, with several options even for me, a vegetarian. Meat lovers raved about the grilled meat, and the desserts were excellent. Everything was delicious! Even seemingly "simple" dishes like the crostini with mushrooms and cheese or the gratinated vegetables were exquisite. The wine cellar offers many quality selections. Truly two pleasant evenings and a great discovery! We'll definitely be back because the location and the absolutely top-quality food are worth the trip to Montecodruzzo!

Dinner with friends a few weeks ago. The place was beautiful, as was the view, which was truly spectacular. The food was good, with traditional Romagna dishes, and an excellent wine selection. The price was a little higher than average for what we ate, but we'd definitely return.

Special, not much to add. The view is breathtaking, and it's beautiful to get there by motorbike. I already knew about it, which is a nice confirmation. The local wines also confirmed my belief.

We discovered this wonderful tavern during a family dinner. We loved everything from the food to the amazing view and we breathed genuine air. The peace that is there can be felt as soon as you start climbing up the hills and if you like good simple but quality food then you are in the right place.

I have been going to this lovely restaurant for years and I must say that the owners have come a long way. I have never been disappointed, both by the food, which is always cooked with care and respect for the customer, and by the owner who always has a quick joke. We had lunch with: beef tartare (which in my opinion, you can find very few like it in the area) crostoni with marinated beef, rye strozzapreti with wild boar, beef stew and chocolate tenerina cake with cherry sauce and cream. It was all really good. Quality meat, raised in the area. I will continue to return and I recommend it to those who want to eat genuine, Romagna but not only, at km 0 (or thereabouts) and with the beauty of the green hills in their eyes. I do not recommend it to Master Chefs 😉

Suggestive location, good but not excellent food, tasteless pasta, far from generous portions, very slow service.

Locale e location divini con un panorama mozzafiato... menù da 110 e lode e carta dei vini di alto livello anche se ho optato per un ottima birra artigianale,conto giusto e personale cortese e simpatico l,ci tornerò sicuramente,vale il viaggio. Ah piccola chicca l entree offerta dal locale.

Osteria in the Cesena hills, wonderful view from the large windows in the dining room, rustic and very refined furnishings, beautiful fireplace in the centre, soft lighting. Excellent quality food. The service is very attentive, kind and professional. A very pleasant evening.
