In my opinion, it's truly a wonderful discovery. A few dishes, but expertly crafted. Interesting appetizers, like a bowl of friggione or ragù, or the platter of coppa with medicinal onion. We moved on to the simple first courses, both gnocchi with blue cheese and, her majesty, tagliatella. The possibility of a hero's dish was wonderful.
Then I had the MASCARPONE, one of the best, truly, a solid joy. Excellent selection of bitters.
I only managed to photograph the appetizer; afterward, I was too busy enjoying these beauties.

One of the best restaurants in Emilia. Trying the dishes left me feeling emotional like I've rarely experienced before. I'll definitely be back. Anyone who hasn't been there yet should definitely try it.

Last night, we were invited to dinner by friends at this Osteria in the center of Medicina.
We shared appetizers and each ordered a first course.
Everything was delicious. The tagliatelle with ragù was the highlight, but the gnocchi and pork cheek were also excellent.
The desserts were also delicious; we tried the cheesecake, mascarpone, and raspberry and blueberry ice cream.
The two waiters were kind and prompt, never intrusive.
The icing on the cake was that at the end of the evening, the chef came over to ask how the dinner went and shared with us all his love and passion for cooking and his osteria.
We truly appreciated everything, from the dishes to the atmosphere, and we will definitely be back.

The friggione and tagliatelle are excellent. The ragù is divine. If I may make a point, that's why I'm not giving it 5 stars: €32 per liter of wine in a carafe (€8 for a quart) seems excessive to me.
