If you've never eaten real tagliatelle with ragù, this is the place to be.
Yes, because it's easy to say ragù alla bolognese, but finding the ingredients for one of the most iconic first courses in Emilian cuisine is starting to get difficult.
The texture, the goodness, and the concentration of flavors that explode in your mouth at first bite are truly moving. And then you see it: it's dark, overcooked, enveloping but at the same time grainy, not salty. Truly amazing!
For two, we ordered:
1/2 portion of friggione, cooked with caramelized prosciutto (spectacular!)
1 regular tagliatelle
1 maxi tagliatelle (if you're hungry, don't hesitate)
1 water
1 yuzu sake
Total €47.00.
Not exactly cheap, but when you leave the table after an experience like this, you immediately realize it was worth the expense.

We repeated the experience, but also added main courses such as pork tongue in salsa verde and crescentina with meatballs and mascarpone. Everything was delicious and in line with what I believe to be their absolute specialty: green nettle tagliatelle with tons of ragù.
For lovers of this type of food, I suggest arriving at this old-fashioned Osteria with a completely empty stomach and savoring their absolute masterpiece (tagliatelle), also available in the men versus food version, made with skill and passion.

VERY GOOD FOOD but the prices could have been lowered with paper plates and plastic cups and strangely the cost of bread is added to the cover charge.

Here you can eat many Bolognese dishes and other delicious ones. A limited menu where everything was good. The best tagliatelle with ragù in Bologna, hands down. It's not the first time I've eaten here, and I always find the same delicious plate, enormous and overflowing with ragù, so big that no one can ever finish it. I think the only negative thing was the hair I found in the plate, but they immediately fixed it. I also ordered the pastrami with caramelized onions and tuna sauce, which was fantastic, the meatballs with caramelized onion sauce, and the spicy eggplant, and I found EVERYTHING exceptional. Since I went during the Barbarossa festival, the cutlery and plates were plastic, which made it quite difficult to eat the tagliatelle. But all in all, I was really satisfied.

From appetizer to dessert, it was a truly satisfying experience. Everything was delicious: you could taste the quality of the food in every bite. Tigelle with creamed cod, friggione, tagliatelle with ragù, and zabaglione with Marsala to finish. EVERYTHING EXCELLENT, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Incuriosito mi faccio 100 km per mangiare da voi.
Tagliatelle all'ortica SUBLIME, uno dei migliori ragù mai provati.
Agnello il.cosciotto....cottura perfetta! La carne si stacca dall'osso con la sola pressione della forchetta, però mi aspettavo un piatto più deciso..forte...più animalesco, invece più simile ad un bollito ....
Tortino piaciuto, di più non saprei dire...per cortesia, se posso permettermi, se avete 1 sola grappa barricata, come detto, ......chiedetemi..mostrate l'etichetta in fondo, potrei scegliere altro nel caso non fosse di mio gradimento. Servirla direttamente e zitto...senza sapere cosa sia...
Anche se poi risultata molto piacevole. Grazie.
