A sensational experience, carefully selected raw materials, beautiful, bold flavors, especially the nettle tagliatelle with a generous ragù. I barely even mopped it up three times to finish it, then the Fassona tartare—what can I say? A treat for the palate.
I will definitely be back to try more of Alessio's dishes; I'm incredibly curious.

As the name suggests, this is an osteria, so when it comes to ambiance, you have to dive into the appropriate mud. Having said that, it's fair to say that the atmosphere is satisfying, well-maintained, and welcoming. The service is quick, and the waiters are very kind and eager to explain the dishes.
We ordered the tagliatelle verde al ragù a lenta cottura (a house specialty), and here we made a mistake: not because of the quality of the food, which is simply excellent, but because of the quantity, which forced us to move on to dessert without trying the main courses.
Which dessert was also excellent.
Next time (which will be soon), we'll order a first course to share between two and a second course!
The price is adequate for the quality, without being excessive.
