Osteria di Guercinoro In Brisighella

Frequentiamo ormai da anni questa piccola osteria nel cuore di brisighella.Il locale è situato in un edificio storico del borgo, le pareti in pietra e il soffitto a volta creano un ambiente rustico e accogliente. Abbiamo ordinato gli antipasti di affettati caserecci tosco romagnolo che erano una vera delizia ( sapori davvero unici) Come secondo piatto, abbiamo scelto la loro tagliata, cotto divinamente,caramellata all’ esterno con cottura al sangue accompagnata daradicchio rosso. Come dolce abbiamo preso la loro zuppa inglese ( siamo soliti prenderla perché fatta in casa e a nostro avviso squisita) e torta fatt in casa anche questa buonissima e casereccia. Cantina del vino di ottima qualità, con vini quasi esclusivamente del territorio. Come sempre al top. Alla prossima !!!! Ps: visti i prezzi e la qualità del cibo che si trova in giro qualità prezzo da 10 e lode.

Friz e Elena offrono, in modo unico, qualcosa che esce dalla tipicità romagnola. E' sempre un enorme piacere trascorrere un paio di ore nel loro locale assaporando pietanze magistralmente eseguite.

My friends and I passed by this tavern by chance: we were walking through the streets of Brisighella and we stopped to eat here. What can I say… everything perfect. Crazy location, the place is literally dug into the mountain and the exposed rocks make the environment rustic and warm. The lady who served us was kind, friendly and always professional (thanks again for offering us coffee). We found the food delicious, especially the potatoes and the cake. Five stars are not enough. We will be back!!!
