Osteria di Fuori Porta In Padova

We were sleeping in the Arcella neighborhood and so we discovered this vegetarian osteria. Fast and precise service, organic wines as well as very well prepared food. I ate pasta with tofu sauce, hummus and dessert. We will definitely return even better 😅

A wonderful family dinner experience. Unique and flavorful vegetarian and vegan dishes, made with local and organic ingredients. The staff is part of a cooperative, and their motivation to contribute to a shared project is palpable in the quality of the service, the friendly waiters, and the welcoming atmosphere. Our waiter, in particular, truly pampered us!

I stopped for a quick lunch at this osteria, where I had a very good meal. Tasty and authentic vegetarian/vegan dishes with a very interesting menu. The bill was more than fair for what the place offers. I would gladly return!

Everything is delicious and authentic. Simple and highly appreciated vegetarian and vegan cuisine. All the dishes are light yet rich in flavor. Organic ingredients and generous portions. The tiramisu with cashew cream is exceptional. Excellent prices. Highly recommended.

By a strange twist of fate, even though I'm vegan and live not far from the Osteria di Fuori Porta, I'd never been there before. To be honest, I don't know why, but I'd also had a different idea of this place, imagining it to be a bit snobbish. However, a few days ago, I finally filled this gap, regretting not having done so sooner, realizing that it truly is an Osteria in the best sense of the word: a warm, welcoming, informal yet still well-kept and pleasant place. I'll start by saying that the staff was truly friendly and courteous, kind and never intrusive. But let's get to the food. I know the menu changes frequently, but my impression is that the dishes are always authentically authentic, without any gourmet overtones, but rather, proper Osteria fare—well-made, tasty, balanced, with expert use of ingredients, which are always organic, mostly seasonal, and locally sourced. The other night, there were some fusion dishes with Eastern and Greek influences, as well as dishes inspired by Venetian tradition. The fried beetroot balls as an appetizer were excellent, as was the moussaka, with a special mention for the roast celeriac. The dessert was also delicious. Of course, I ordered everything vegan; the menu also features vegetarian dishes, some of which were chosen by my dining companions, and everything was greatly appreciated. I repeat, I'm sorry I only just entered its doors now, but Osteria di Fuori Porta will definitely become one of my favorite places in Padua, and I'll recommend it to anyone, vegan or otherwise, who wants to eat well in my city.

Solo dinner on a business trip. I'm not vegan, but I follow a very plant-based diet. I really liked the fact that the menu was limited, but all made with fresh ingredients. The dishes were balanced, not abundant, but just right. The service was prompt, but not rushed. The vegan dessert was excellent, very unique and not too sugary. Whole-wheat bread is recommended (at least optionally). I'll be back!

Excellent food. This comes from someone who doesn't usually eat vegetarian food. And yet, it was a wonderful surprise. Everything was delicious. The wine was exceptional, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
