2024: It's really nice to enter the restaurant and be seated on the terrace, the place is really nice and provides a good atmosphere. The food was EXTREMELY GOOD, the skewers "arrosticini" were the best and I have visited different places in Pescara. However, I think they suffer from their own fame, I don't want you to think it's the staff fault personally but service was very slow. 2025: After a year, this place still has amazing food, Wednesday night and the restaurant it's full, again the service was slow and they missed part of my order ☹️

The food is traditional and the service is FANTASTIC!!! The dining room could use some updating, but the family atmosphere and the fast, attentive service make up for it.

Osteria Fra le Carte is one of those places that makes you want to return often. The arrosticini are tender as butter, cooked to perfection, and the quality of the meat is immediately apparent. The pizza is also surprising: richly topped, but with an excellent, light dough, extremely digestible, making it perfect for a hearty dinner without feeling weighed down. Special praise goes to Simone, the owner, who with his kindness and attentiveness always makes everyone feel at ease. The service is usually quick and well-organized; only on the busiest Saturdays can there be a bit of a wait, but that's understandable and doesn't ruin the experience. In short, this is an osteria worth considering for those who love carefully selected, quality meat, and not just that, at more than reasonable prices.

I only recently discovered this restaurant, located in Pescara Colli, thanks to someone who knows a thing or two about places where food and friendly staff are truly important. I was truly amazed at how good it was. The food was excellent, served in a very traditional and typical way, and the entire staff was very attentive, fast, kind, and always ready to help and even suggest the right order sizes, knowing exactly what their dishes are. A very traditional and well-kept restaurant.

I recommend the ravioli with ricotta and thyme, truly special. Compliments to the chef and the kindness of the staff, you make the difference.

A well-kept and well-run place. The pizza I had with anchovies, pistachios and burrata was really tasty. The dough was light, dry and well-leavened. The arrosticini were very soft, lean, large and tasty, truly excellent.

The arrosticini are delicious and tender. The focaccias are large and well-filled. The appetizers are good, but some of them are a bit limited in quantity. The prices are a bit high. I gave the atmosphere 3 stars because it was a hot night, but the air conditioning was off, and the tables aren't cleared immediately after customers leave, which isn't a pleasant sight. In any case, it's worth a try; I'll definitely be back.

La pizza è fantastica! Decisamente più complicato parlare del servizio: articolato su tre aree, soppalco, sala, esterno, è coordinato in maniera imprecisa quando il locale è affollato (e lo è sempre, perchè la pizza è squisita) . Le difficoltà a fornire un'accoglienza all'altezza del mangiare si percepisce tutta nei tempi di attesa lunghissimi e negli errori delle comande. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, ma non basta.
