Very nice location, friendly service. The food is good, the wine and dessert are also excellent. However, the prices are definitely too high compared to the portions (really very small) that are served, which is a shame.

O almoço pedimos bisteca fiorentina, batata e salada, tudo uma delícia. Aqui eles perguntam qual o ponto da carne…. Uffffa…… em outros muitos locais é com sangue e não questione. Gentileza que eles tem aos estrangeiros.

Be sure to make a reservation. We didn’t, but they still accommodated us but we didn’t get a seat in the main dining area with beautiful views. That said, the food was some of the best we’ve had in Italy. We order beef tartare, eliconi with ragu sauce, ribeye steak, and a spaghetti with pesto sauce. Highly recommend.

Cenamos en la Osteria di Fonterutoli nuestra primera noche. Era excelente comida y vino, pero en porciones extremadamente pequeñas del tamaño de las aves a un alto precio. El vino por la porción de copa era muy pequeño. Hay mejores opciones en la cercana ciudad de Castellina in Chianti. Es el mismo comedor que el desayuno buffet incluido en la estación de vinos Fonterutoli y encantador tanto por la mañana como por la noche.

Great Italian food. Fresh ingredient. They have a great wine collection from red wine to white and sparkling wines.

We had a tasting menu after wine tasting on the winery. The menu includes 4 courses (I should say they the staff were soo flexible with some dishes as I had dietary restrictions ), and wine pairing . The food was amazing and service as well! We were surprised! This experience costs 100€ per person (including winery tour with 4 wines degustation). The diner was beyond expectation! Highly recommend this place.

26/11/2024: Estábamos conduciendo por la Toscana y acabamos de decidir parar para almorzar. Fue un gran movimiento. Tuvimos la bruschetta para empezar y poder probar el aceite. Era tan fresco y sabroso que podría haber parado allí. Pero seguimos comiendo y los dos disfrutamos mucho de nuestro almuerzo.
