The menu is meticulously curated, with original dishes and surprising reinterpretations that impeccably combine creativity and flavor. The wine list? A 30-page journey through labels for every palate: it's impossible not to find the perfect wine here. The owner, a young man with solid experience in the sector, offers expert and passionate advice. The restaurant is housed in Cento's former synagogue, tastefully renovated with respect for the site's history: a unique atmosphere that makes the experience even more special.
