A place that achieves something extremely rare: combining elegance, authenticity, and a culture of taste without ever being forced. "Vino e..." is much more than a restaurant; it's a refined experience, curated with almost sartorial sensitivity in every detail. We initially went for an aperitif and ended up staying until after dinner, simply because the atmosphere, the quality, and the hospitality made us want to linger. Impeccable cuisine, carefully selected ingredients, and a simply extraordinary wine list, curated with expertise and genuine passion. The service is of a level that is hard to find: attentive, knowledgeable, but always spontaneous and never artificial. There are places where you dine well, and then there are places that leave a lasting impression. This is one of them. Well done, guys, keep it up. 5 stars is even an understatement.

06/08/2026: While visiting Ferrara, we stopped at Degusteria Divina for lunch around 1:30 PM. Here we met Federico: an excellent restaurant professional! We ordered a platter of cured meats—Zia Ferrarese, Salame rosa tipico, and Coppa piacentina—perfectly thinly sliced ​​and of truly high quality. Next, we tried the Cappellacci alla zucca in two versions, with ragù and with butter and sage… cooked to perfection and with just the right amount plated for each portion. Afterward, we also purchased a bottle of wine, thanks to Federico's introduction to the different types available. Besides being passionate about the restaurant world, he is also a competent sommelier and expert in Emilia-Romagna wines. So, in conclusion, in addition to having eaten truly well, we met a person who is affable, knowledgeable, competent, and capable of adding value to the services offered in the restaurant world. Ad Majora!
04/08/2026: Exceptionally delicious food! The cappellacci were divine, as was the pulled chicken. Prepared freshly and with a lot of care. Very friendly and thoughtful staff. Recommended several nice local dishes and warned us about the difference in preparation time for two dishes so we could decide in advance if we wanted to alter our choice based on this. Long and excellent wine list to choose from, several of which could be bought per glass. Also beautifully located right next to the castle. Perfect for a lovely dinner!

14/07/2026: We tried the lunch menu with three starters, main courses, and a choice of side dishes. Excellent value for a business lunch. The à la carte menu also offers a good fish menu for those with more time. Very friendly staff.
