After many years, I returned to this osteria in the historic center of Pisa, located on a side street in Borgo Stretto. The menu is Tuscan, featuring traditional recipes. The food was excellent, and we were completely satisfied. The menu changes frequently, and I highly recommend it.

A small, typical restaurant that's a must-see. Tucked away on a less touristy side street, this small osteria serves homemade dishes described in French by the manager, who speaks good French.
We thoroughly enjoyed the intimate, almost family-like atmosphere.

A real discovery! Authentic and delicious Italian cuisine. The lady who served us was incredibly kind and humorous, we loved it! I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Pisa.

The house wine is OK.

A very nice osteria with a charming ambiance. We were treated to very friendly and attentive service with delicious local delicacies. We sat in the back in a small covered courtyard and were able to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Pisa. Highly recommended.

Prima cena a Pisa locale piccolo ma gradevole. Cucina tipica casalinga.
Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto misto terra e polpo in piastra con lenticchie.
Di primo fettuccine con pancetta pioppini e pecorino.
Di secondo tagliata di manzo con aromi e peposo alla chiantigiana.
Tutto molto buono, il polpo un po’ asciutto. Sicuramente una tappa qui la merita!
