The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly, and we immediately connected with the staff. The food was excellent. There were four of us, three adults and a child, and we started with the appetizer, which was excellent and plentiful. Then came the first courses. The cacio e pepe was sublime, but the carbonara was also excellent. We'll definitely be back.

While passing through Ariccia, I'd already stopped at other fraschette... Having not had a great experience, I was a bit skeptical... but instead, it was top notch. The service was informal but very welcoming without being invasive, and the location had everything you'd expect in a similar setting, and more. The complete antipasto was excellent! The cacio e pepe, which won four awards, isn't the best in Castelli, but it's definitely the best I've ever had. If I ever return to Ariccia, I'll be back here.

Last night, my brothers-in-law from Puglia and I had dinner at this fraschetta, where I'd been before. It was further confirmation of just how good the food is! Suffice it to say, my brother-in-law literally cleaned his plate by mopping up the sauce from the rigatoni with pajata. The cacio e pepe was worthy of an Oscar, but the carbonara, amatriciana, and pappardelle with wild boar also deserve special praise. The tripe and platter were delicious, and the porchetta was simply fantastic. All washed down with the excellent house wine. What more can I say than thank you for letting us spend a wonderful evening filled with excellent food and the owners' infectious cheerfulness!

The best cacio e pepe in Ariccia and beyond! We ate there recently and had a wonderful time. Huge portions, absolutely delicious, incredibly friendly staff, and, in my opinion, the best coppiette I've ever eaten (I'm from Rome). We also recommend the pajata, spectacular!

Excellent food, highly qualified staff, gorgeous venue, exceptional porchetta as well as the rich platter, then we tried the TOP cacio e pepe and the immense Carbonara. Excellent quality wine, compliments to the owners, highly recommended, normal prices. We'll see you again soon.

Tipico locale acchiappa turisti anche se frequentato da locali.
La testimonianza di aver vinto quattro ristoranti, sicuramente aiuta.
