Highly recommended.
Very good food and a delicious house wine. The service from the owner was also good. He took the time to explain the dishes to us.
Not a tourist restaurant.
You eat among locals. Top!!!
Unfortunately, we only discovered Cane e Gatto at the end of our vacation. Otherwise we would have come back more often.

Small Place, small menu, but big flavor. The owner is very kind and took his time with us, and every dish was delicious. I loved the Ossebuco. Prices are fair, and its not on the main road so less busy and a little slower, which did the place no harm. If we are ever in Siena again, we will be back.

We had a very good time.
Antonio and Filippo are very kind and approachable. Everything we tasted was prepared to perfection with fresh, quality ingredients.
The carbonara is special!
Tripe and ossobuco as per Sienese tradition.

Small trattoria on a side street.
The owner is incredibly friendly, quick and accommodating.
The menu is small but absolutely sufficient. There is also a changing daily menu. The food is traditional and simple but a real treat! If you want to try real Italian home cooking away from the tourist traps, you have to eat here! The price is also absolutely fair!
