This place was fantastic! We got there pretty early so there were a lot of seats available. We sat outside, the atmosphere was fabulous! So authentically Italian 😊 we got some calamari, anchovies and grilled seafood mix. A few days later we’re still thinking about the grilled seafood. It was one of the best we’ve ever eaten. The only thing that compares to us is a really authentic restaurant we frequent in Tangier, Morocco.
The service was also great! The staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious, the service friendly and attentive. Quite expensive, and selected dishes were heavily fish-based.
The restrooms, like those in many Italian restaurants/cafés, were abysmally bad: dirty, wet floors, and no toilet seat...

A pleasant change in management has brought new life to this historic Trastevere restaurant.
Finally, authentic cuisine in a Trastevere area now overcrowded with pre-cooked food.
Here you can truly eat: fish, pasta, and desserts cooked to perfection and, above all, fresh.
An impressive wine cellar.
Of course, the prices are commensurate with the quality, as they should be.

A truly sophisticated restaurant in every aspect. The super cozy, vintage dining rooms create a deeply romantic atmosphere. The antique, high-quality crockery, cutlery, and extensive glassware are so beautiful that you want to admire them throughout the entire meal.
And most importantly, the food is incredibly delicious and refined. The menu featured a warm octopus salad with raw artichokes, various anchovy preparations, and numerous inventive interpretations of fish and seafood. The dessert was mind-blowingly good. Everything is homemade and crafted on-site with the highest quality ingredients, clearly sourced from excellent local suppliers. Even the bread was divine.
The wine list is seemingly endless, and the service is wonderfully heartfelt and genuine.
We have been in Rome for several weeks and have tried dozens of restaurants in different areas and price points. Without a doubt, this one is a true pearl.

En primer lugar - la comida y el servicio eran excelentes. Sin embargo, el precio fue de aproximadamente un 25 % más que otros restaurantes de la zona. Quizás se pueda decir que la comida valió la pena el precio. Ciertamente no me opuse al proyecto de ley. Tuvimos un pescado con costra de sal del día para dos a 90€. También cuando llegó la factura este era el único restaurante en toda la semana que tenía propina estilo americano en la máquina. 10 %, 15 % o 20 %. Muy inusual para Roma. Volvería por la comida, pero también consideraría otras opciones que son menos costosas.
