Osteria dell'Olza In Fiorenzuola d'arda

We stopped by chance, drawn by the gorgeous photos online, and were pleasantly surprised. The osteria is meticulously maintained: refined details, a welcoming atmosphere, and inviting aromas wafting from the moment we entered. They brought us the menu without prices, like in a Michelin-starred restaurant, and the attention to detail is evident in everything—from the furnishings to the impeccable bathrooms. We started with a tartine on creamed rice with porcini mushrooms, delicate and flavorful, and continued with a tender pork cheek, beautifully rendered in flavor. To finish, they even let us sample the desserts, a truly appreciated gesture that crowned the evening. The staff was attentive and professional. Highly recommended: an osteria that rivals Michelin-starred restaurants in quality, care, and overall experience. We will definitely be back.

Excellent food, great service, spectacular wine cellar.

I recently went to Osteria dell'Olza with my parents and found not only an excellent restaurant with impeccable service but also a friendly and approachable host (those who say rude are probably taking themselves a bit too seriously). I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Fidenza Village.

The restaurant is out of the way, but don't be put off by the access because it's really worth the detour. The welcome is more than warm, they take the time to chat and recommend places to visit in the surrounding area. The food, the wine, the grappa are delicious. There's nothing to complain about, except that you have to go there. Very good address. Thank you for this wonderful evening.
