We visited the Osteria dell'Oca in Florence with high expectations, but the experience was somewhat disappointing. Although the meat was well cooked, it did not stand out as we expected, and the service was inattentive. Furthermore, when reviewing the account, we found an extra charge of 20 euros, and when we pointed it out, they acted clueless. Considering the quality-price ratio, there are other restaurants in Florence that offer a much better experience. I wouldn't go back.

The environment, although small, is very charming, the staff friendly and helpful. It's a shame that there is little choice of dishes on the menu, the food is good but I expected something more.

The food was great - we had bistecca alla fiorentina with roast potatoes and panzanella salad. The waiter (sadly, we don’t know his name but he has some resemblance to Prince Harry) spoke excellent English and helped pair the steak with nice wine. The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming vibe. We had a great time and will be back next time we are in Florence.

The best experience in Firenze: warm welcome from the staff, absolutely delicious food (I was unable to refuse the wonderful dessert although I was already full - and I do not regret it!), comfortable environment and historic surroundings of the restaurant! Me and my family had lunch there one day, and everyone wanted to come back later (we came back twice on that week)!

One of the best steaks I have ever had, the Ribeye Florinte was tje best, as well as the other food we, we ate there yesterday as well, and where thinking where to eat and we decided to go here again and so glad we did, awesome food, awesome staff, and the atmosphere, will definitely recomnend it to family and friends.

The atmosphere, the staff, the FOOD. Hard to say what takes front and center. Eat here when you visit, and leave happy no matter what you get. We had an appetizer, pasta, and steak. Each were the best we’ve ever had. Plus good recommendations for how to see the city from the staff. Come eat here, you will not be disappointed.
