Professionalism, skill, expertise, and courtesy frame dishes with meticulous attention to detail: from the exceptionally high quality of the ingredients to the refinement and elegance with which they're served, and even the choreographed plating, a detail not to be overlooked, because you eat with your eyes as well.
I don't have a single dish to recommend; I think it's worth going several times and trying them all!
Can we even talk about the owners' incredible friendliness?
In times where empathy is becoming a mystery (alas), Paola Franco and Giorgia know how to convey a family warmth and truly make you feel at home!

An excellent experience at this beautiful and elegant osteria in Viù, in the Lanzo Valley. The owners are very kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is traditional and very well-maintained, with parking nearby and easy to find. I highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you have an unforgettable dining experience. Excellent value for money, with fresh, carefully prepared food, meticulously prepared by the chef. I highly recommend starting with the mixed antipasti and asking the owner for recommendations to ensure a truly delicious and traditional experience.
