An excellent experience at this beautiful and elegant osteria in Viù, in the Lanzo Valley. The owners are very kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is traditional and very well-maintained, with parking nearby and easy to find. I highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you have an unforgettable dining experience. Excellent value for money, with fresh, carefully prepared food, meticulously prepared by the chef. I highly recommend starting with the mixed antipasti and asking the owner for recommendations to ensure a truly delicious and traditional experience.

Osteria dello Stambecco a fantastic location for lunch or dinner, delicious food, kind owners and a well-kept, clean and welcoming environment. The home cooking, where the owner, who is also the chef, offers appetizers, first courses, second courses and side dishes prepared with professionalism and taste. The homemade desserts prepared by the owner are truly special, made with passion and care. The breathtaking view is the finishing touch for this excellent osteria!

10/08/2025: Very good pizza, I'd avoid the desserts since they're not their specialty at all. The interior of the restaurant is very plain and sparse.
16/07/2025: We took the farinata with onions for takeaway, it was exceptional, I've never eaten it so good!!!!! Friendly people, reasonable price, we'll be back if we pass through here again.

10/08/2025: I returned after a long time and felt right at home...nothing has changed, the atmosphere, the courtesy and efficiency of the staff, the food is SPECTACULAR. Especially for those who love cuisine rooted in the local area but with imaginative and balanced pairings. The dessert trolley and a complimentary handout of cremini and house amaro complete the meal. Oh, and there's no menu; you interact with the very friendly staff...always highly recommended!
20/07/2025: We celebrated our wedding anniversary. Everything was exquisite, the service was a 10. Great job guys. We'll definitely be back.
