Osteria delle Rane Rosse In Settimo milanese

I went last night (1/13/26) with three friends. Absolutely nothing to say, except great! Found it by chance with The Fork, hidden (unfortunately) behind a sports facility, we discovered a wonderful place that combines Milanese and Roman traditions. Shame about the logistics. The atmosphere is classic osteria, the girls who served us were very kind and knowledgeable about our questions. We ate very well, both traditional Milanese and Roman dishes, and even without The Fork, the price would have been waaaay in line with everything we ate. I'd estimate the price to be between €40-€50 because that's what we spent, but for four of us, we all had: Appetizer First course Second course Dessert Coffee Bitter Wine for two An enviable quality-price ratio, in a simple atmosphere, like a true osteria, run by young but knowledgeable, polite, and smiling people. WELL DONE, PERIOD!!!

Family atmosphere and a very varied culinary selection ; I enjoyed the vegetable soup. Excellent quality/service/price 👍🏻

Birthday dinner, briefly... The guy and girl in the dining room were kind and helpful. The mushroom risotto and ossobuco were really good, as was the rest. The hamburger was very good, as were the mixed fried fish. Three bottles of wine, some desserts, coffee, and liqueurs were around €40, so I'd say it was good value. Satisfied

I recommend going at least once. The place is clean and bright. The staff is polite and friendly. The dishes are well-prepared and generous. The homemade pasta is very good.

A very pleasant surprise! Very cute and intimate place, excellent service, our waitress was delightful. Generous portions and excellent food. Fairly priced. We'll definitely be back.

I expected something more from the way people have always talked about it. Maybe it was just a bad day. I'll try again.

Our dinner, booked through Smartbox, was wonderful! All the dishes were beautiful to look at, tasty, and flavorful. The place is welcoming, especially the outdoor patio. Nicole, the waitress, was very kind in recommending the main dishes; she always had a smile and was eager to please.

Truly, truly the best... gnocchi with the scent of the sea... excellent, never anything better in my entire life

A good osteria, with a generous, high-quality selection of cured meats and cheeses. The first courses and prices are less impressive. Overall, a good option, provided you take advantage of TheFork's discount.
