Very nice, welcoming place Quick reservation on January 1st Really good food, excellent carbonara! I'll be back next time I'm in Rome! Highly recommended And last but not least, I spent very little on everything I ate!

One of the best gluten-free and celiac-friendly places in Rome. The gluten-free pasta was delicious, tasting just like the traditional kind and very well made. My partner, who can eat gluten, said he could barely tell the difference. I recommend making a reservation. The atmosphere is relaxed even when the restaurant is full, and the service was excellent.

A restaurant close to the Vatican walls but far from touristy. The staff is quick and courteous, and the menu is extensive, featuring both seafood and meat, with many options for between meals. Excellent appetizers and generous first courses, as is the wine selection. A wide selection of desserts, all more than delicious.

Trattoria Cotto e Magnato

13/03/2026: A great discovery during a business trip with a group of colleagues. The restaurant is very spacious, ideal for accommodating large groups without sacrificing comfort. We had the opportunity to try almost all the appetizers of the day (some of which you can see in the photos) and the first courses: everything was truly delicious and carefully prepared. To round things off, we tried the desserts, which were just as delicious as the rest of the dinner. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout the evening. An absolutely positive experience, we'll definitely be back!
