Very nice, welcoming place Quick reservation on January 1st Really good food, excellent carbonara! I'll be back next time I'm in Rome! Highly recommended And last but not least, I spent very little on everything I ate!

One of the best gluten-free and celiac-friendly places in Rome. The gluten-free pasta was delicious, tasting just like the traditional kind and very well made. My partner, who can eat gluten, said he could barely tell the difference. I recommend making a reservation. The atmosphere is relaxed even when the restaurant is full, and the service was excellent.

A restaurant close to the Vatican walls but far from touristy. The staff is quick and courteous, and the menu is extensive, featuring both seafood and meat, with many options for between meals. Excellent appetizers and generous first courses, as is the wine selection. A wide selection of desserts, all more than delicious.

13/01/2026: A welcoming atmosphere and friendly, professional staff, always attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the food didn't entirely meet my expectations. I especially disliked the carbonara: its flavors were unbalanced and far from what one would expect from such an iconic dish. Overall, the experience was pleasant thanks to the staff, but there's definitely room for improvement in the cuisine.
10/01/2026: We've been to this restaurant several times and it has never disappointed us! The food—fish, meat, and pizza—as well as the desserts are truly delicious! Last night we had seafood dinner and it was excellent! Creamy scampi risotto was perfectly cooked and delicious! As were the mixed roast fish and fried calamari! The owners and staff were incredibly kind and professional! Excellent value for money! I highly recommend it!

01/02/2026: A typical Roman trattoria from the past. Welcoming and authentic. Don't miss the artichoke alla giudia! The fried and stewed tripe are also good. The pasta was a shame about the cooking (it's a bit overcooked, being in Rome, pasta is served al dente), but the sauce on the gricia was very good. Overall, more than satisfactory.
14/01/2026: Gooood night what a great lunch we had here. Carciofi fritti not to be missed. Panna Cotta in a little bowl so the caramel doesn't run away around the edge a plate: divine. Extremely nice, accommodating staff. Photo shows how much the meal was enjoyed.
